Finally Got Up the Guts to Join this Site

Wait a second, did this topic get unlocked recently? Was it intentional, or did someone make a mistake in restoring it?

In any case, thanks for opening the thread back up, even though I already took a couple of conversations to PM and don't have much else that needs to be said here. I finished the rough draft for Caroline, my first character, so that's good. I'll post her just as soon as I figure out how and where her bio needs to be placed. Tatyina, I think you're the one who reviews the first characters posted by newbies, so be as critical of my work as you have to be.

Thanks again for the laughs, welcomes, and pieces of advice from all of you. They've been greatly appreciated.

So I'm curious, of all the DkS chars. Why Gwyndolin?

Black Iron Tarkus, better at the game then everyone else. XD

I unlocked it because it was unfair to you. After a bit of cooling off, there's no reason to keep it locked.

I mentioned this to Bluemouse in a PM that I sent to him (I was replying to one of his posts here because I didn't think the thread would be unlocked), but the Sunbros are actually my covenant of choice for both Dark Souls games, with a few hundred sunlight medals earned between them both, as opposed to almost nothing from the PvP covenants of these games. However, to be honest, I'm pretty sure that Knight Solaire would disapprove of my posting on this site. There isn't much of a reason I named myself after Gwyndolin instead, I just think his name and his appearance are both cool.

And I think Solaire would approve! Though Oscar was my favorite dood. I had joined the Dragon and Forest Hunter Cov's myself.

I never had the chance to meet Gwyndolin however! But will prolly do so on my next playthru.
