Matches for updated Annette

Sun Apr 23, 2017 9:41 pm by RJD

So I have changed Annette's appearance up a bit and plan to work over her profile slightly at some point soon. Was curious to see if anyone wanted to have a match up with her, the following image of her new look might hint towards the kinda matches I'd be looking for ^^

Anyone want a go at Tracer?

Sun Apr 23, 2017 3:52 pm by SleeperAgent94

OK everyone! Currently Tracer is in a feud with Widowmaker at the moment, and we are planning to have a blowoff match soon sometime in the next few weeks. This got me into thinking about where to take her next.

Unlike my more jobber centric wrestlers, Tracer is becoming one of those that I really want to push as my go-to Friction gal. As such I'm looking for any good heels (or hell, even serious faces) who wants to talk and see if something can be worked on Smile

Apologies to those I have threads with.

Sat Apr 22, 2017 5:11 pm by Iron Soldier

The last few of weeks have been difficult Irl, and left me with neither the time nor the mental energy to Roleplay.

That said, things appear to have eased up and I should be all caught up by tomorrow. Looking forward to continuing with my current RP partners and meeting new ones going forward.

A high-budget, live-action mecha movie has never been done before.

The fact that's it was done by someone who honestly loves the genre and is a really really damn good film is just icing on the cake.

And in any case, it's way more original than another Adam Sandler snoozefest. <_<

[quote="anegge":3plc0nc5][quote="xSirenx":3plc0nc5]still, why Grown Ups 2?

Hollywood has no claim re: Adam Sandler anymore. He lives in the same grey area as Uwe Boll.

I was going the say Tyler Perry, but then I realized that I would have actually insulted Tyler Perry.

So, instead you choose to slander Uwe Boll? How dare you, sir.

I enjoyed Despicable Me 2. Not as good as the Original film.

It was a horrible viewing experience though with the little kids behind us that I wanted to strangle. :hm:

Also Adam Sandler is my shit

[quote="Alexandra":3s79ktm8]Lemme just check the numbers for last weekend...

It barely beat Pacific Rim, and both of them were beaten by Despicable Me 2. So yeah, not sure where you're going with this. ;P A stupid comedy is always going to beat something new and original in Hollywood.

My point remains. PACIFIC RIM WHY ARE YOU ALL NOT WATCHING IT YET.

That meaning the people who still watch the animated and braindead comedy stuff, Pixar and Dreamworks are the only monsters fighting each other here etc.

Though Alexy's right, this is Toro's dream came true, even if it isn't Evangelion OR Hellboy 3~

That's the US Box Office, Pacific Rim has done well overseas. Being a more international movie and not all "USA #1" and all.

Don't you know that the US Box Office is the only one that matters? Jeeze, I feel like I'm reading stuff that a bunch of un-American slobs have opinions on or something. <img src=" title="Razz" />

For 'Murican studios, who make 99% of the movies the world sees, this is pretty much true. Most of them still consider the box office "overseas" and extra, and don't count it when analyzing if a movie was a success or a failure.

Which is stupid is you consider that, wikipedia says...

As of July 19, 2013, Pacific Rim has grossed $49,168,221 in North America, and $53,000,000 in other countries, for a worldwide total of $102,168,221

and...

As of July 19, 2013, Grown Ups 2 has grossed $55,688,015 in North America, $1,700,000 and in other countries, for a worldwide total of $57,388,015

Conclusion: only Americans think Adam Sandler is funny.

Uhh...Del Toro isn't really interested in Hellboy 3 right now, and he's never seen Evangelion, so I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.

Bollywood is so racist. They only make movies for Indian people.
