They need to investigate it first though. Its bad customer service to just shut us down without actually seeing if we breach their terms of use

No, it actually seems like it has almost nothing to do with a terms of service violation and is just some completely random ass screw up on informe's part (which isn't anything new)

We've done a lot of testing and if there was going to be some actual terms of service violation, we'd have been able to get more consistent data to point us in that direction.

It means informe sucks and hopefully they get off their lazy arses and fix whatever they borked. They might want to clean up their spam too >.> Unless they WANT people purchasing Jordan Playoff 8's from their site.
