Check Your Head

"Oh, man," Taylor said with a nervous laugh. That thing. Taylor's first time in the ring was... a little juvenile. But she was a fresh-faced twenty-year-old at the time, so... She preferred to forget about that stuff.

"You're welcome. Can't wait to officially meet Bonnie and stuff, it should be cool. Just have her call Morg, or text or email or whatever, she'll probably have the details."

"She's cool." Clyde said with a (mostly) happy nod as he heard Taylor out and her instructions, a little curious as to why he wasn't being invited but he didn't want to be the kind of douche that invites himself. That and Clyde figured Mercy would be there, maybe she didn't want him there. Would she make a fuss if he started talking to the girls there?

Though Clyde couldn't help one thing.

"Okay, I'll tell her... Wait who's Morg?" Clyde asked curiously.

"Morgan." Clyde repeated it. Sounded a lot like Morrigan. But obviously they were not the same person. Taylor being friends with that psycho would just be insane.

"Don't think I met her, but if you like her, she gotta be cool." His only concern was Mamouru trying to put the moves on his sister. He heard the stories.

"Yeah, Morgan." Not Morrigan. Taylor would never call her that. "Just... I don't know if you know her, but just don't wig out or anything. She's cool, okay? I trust her with my life."

Which wasn't entirely true. As much as Taylor depended on Morrigan, on Morgan, and as close as they had become in their own way, Taylor still could never really trust her completely. It was be stupid if she did...

"I'll text you her number when I hang up. I'm gonna go, though. I've got some business shit to take care of."

"Why would I wig out?" Besides him usually wigging out for whatever reason. It made Clyde very suspicious. But Taylor had to go now.

"Yeah. Me too." He said while staring at all the crap he had to put away before he sighed into the phone.

"Any chance we could fix what happened with Emily? Or should I leave that ta' you and Bonnie?"

"Oh, uh..." Taylor hesitated. "I kinda feel like wrestling people should just leave her alone. We don't want to cause her any more shit or whatever."

She felt compelled to quit while she was ahead. "Okay, see ya later." After she hung up, she texted Morrigan's number to Clyde, and really hoped that they didn't harbor any ravenous hatred for the troubled lass.

Clyde was getting a little suspicious of this Morgan woman. It sounded too close to Morrigan and the way Taylor spoke of her, would be like she had some horrible reputation a lot like...

"B-" Too late. Taylor hung up and there was a text that followed giving him a number. If this WAS Morrigan, he didn't care what Taylor said, he was not going to leave Bonnie with that sadist.

"Just my luck."

........And Clyde Gastin went to Tokyo....... Moving could wait...


"I ain't goin' ta' no party." Bonnie said with her arms crossed, frowning down at her brother who sat on the couch.

"Yeah you are!" Clyde replied to her quickly. "You NEED ta' talk ta' Taylor. She's a good person and she's gon' help you deal with all the shit you been dealin' with."

"If she's so GOOD, why weren't you invited so you can back me up in case that crazy-cunt Morrigan tries to carve her name on my abs?"

"Cause! Mercy... Is prolly there and... Well you know. It wouldn't be fun for us and Taylor and her are buds. She's just lookin' out fer her girl... But dammit. I ain't feel good 'bout leavin' you there alone. You should stay with Taylor, Johnny or Cassie Elliot at all times."

"CASSIE ELLIOT!" Bonnie shrieked. "Phooo... Boy, I ain't talked to her in a long ass time, man.... I was drunk as shit but... What a nice gal. She was so cute I had ta' hug her!"

"Uh huh..."

After much debate Bonnie sent a simple Text to Morrigan... Or Morgan. M.

"Hi. I'm Bonnie and I've been invited to the party. Where do I go?"

Morrigan had been expecting a text from Bonnie's number well before it came to her. Taylor was fast on the draw when it came to parties.

Hello, Bonnie! We'll be having the party at Taylor's house in Hamamatsu. Can't wait to see you there!

She added Bonnie's name to the quick text she had saved and shuffled it off to Bonnie with the instructions to Taylor's house. Smart phones sure were a technological marvel!
