The last match was really good. The rest were alright, but the ibushi-maluta match was a stand out. Ibushi speaks for himself, but I'd like to see Maluta in NXT sooner rather than later.

I thought Cedric's match was pretty good, too. Loved that move he ended it with, and the sweet springboard clothesline.

Also, I know it's been well established, but goddamn, Mauro is great on commentary. He's really good at making the matches feel like they mean something, and making you believe that the near falls could actually win a match.

Mauro IS good, but he certainly isn't perfect. There's plenty of times he's had me shaking my head before. I did like him compared with Bryan as an announce team though. A more lively heel color guy to go with Bryan's very facey, subdued presentation would be nice, I think.

Kota is incredible and has been for many years, also Diavari's brother did well with Ho Ho Lun who, bless his heart, is just so green compared to the majority of the names in the tourney. Very likeable but he doesn't really know how to put matches together, kind of like a mid 90s Jeff Hardy.

I thought Lun was okay. Needs a little polish, but nothing some time in the center can't fix.

He also gets points from me for finishing a match with a German Suplex.

I do kind of wish Davairi (sic) had gone on, though. I thought he was really good, and I hope this tourney gets some more good heels in the final rounds.
