Topic: Wrestling?
I just realized we had 4 wrestlers ripping off the White Power Ranger tonight.
That being said, I always like it when a wrestler makes his attire look different for a big show. Makes things more special.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
Also, Kurt Angle and Undertaker did a very similar finish back on smackdown in 2002.
Angle had a triangle choke in, Taker rolled him for a pin, then tapped out at the three count.
Nobody bitched about that back then, and it paid off because it led to an amazing triple threat match on PPV between Rock/Angle/Undertaker at Vengeance 2002.
But this is 2015, where if the IWC feels even one thing didn't go the way they would book it, then the whole show is RUINED FOREVER.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
I'm fine with there being shenanigans, I just think it could have been done differently, that's all. Brock doesn't exactly need to look like even MORE of a monster.
If they wanted to set up the low blow from the Undertaker, I think they could have done it better. Undertaker tapped though. It was like when KO tapped to Cena. Like, KO can lose the feud, fine, but why's he gotta lose like THAT?
Naturally UT will win the rubber match clean, but it's always going to be 2 victories to 1 Lesnar in the feud. I'm not really IRATE over it, I just think it could have been tweaked a little.
I also didn't mind the John Stewart interference as long as they explain the heel turn at some point. There pretty much HAD to be shenanigans in that match, but I am surprised that either belt changed hands. I would have certainly leaned Cener if someone said a belt was changing hands. Though when Stewart came out, it was pretty obvious he was going to hit Cener.
What was actually surprising to me was the clean win of Sheamus over Oiled. That was pretty shocking

Sheamus is not like any other MITB winner. He´s big and strong, so Vince can probably not stand to see him lose over and over again like the Vanilla Midgets that won the contract. Not sure if Kane would have lost often if he had not cashed in quickly because, well, it was Kane in the late stage of his career.

He's lost a lil bit. But Oiled's a pretty big deal. I'd say he's #2 outside of Cener, so it's a little odd for a CLEAN loss to Shaemus. I don't think his run's going to be that long, but I'd say it might be a little while longer before we see him cash in.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
The thing about the Taker/Brock finish is that it would have made a lot more sense if the tap was actually shown on the first run through. Therefore the crowd sees it on the screen and the timekeeper sees it giving him reason to ring the bell. But it was missed outside of the replay so the finish just looked like shit.
Importance of good camera work.

Re: Topic: Wrestling?
I am actually curious now if Seth Rollins has to
a) Vacate the US title on RAW
b) keeps both until Night of Champions where he has a rematch with Cena, tries to put the US belt on the line instead of the WWE championship but Cena finds a way to target the WWE belt instead, Reigns looses and so swaps belts with Cena.
c) both belts are on the line, Sheamus cashes in on he winner.
d) nothing like this.
