Lightning Tournament Semifinals: Akiha Kosha Vs. Gabbie Desjardin

The raven hair wrestler had managed to turn things around and had Gabbie pinned down while the referee slide in and started to count her out.  Akiha would hold onto her opponent trunks, an illegal tactic but one that the referee did not see.  She could feel her opponent trying to kick out but she would keep the pin lock in thanks to her dirty trick.  The crowd was furious at this and were booing like there was no tomorrow.

“TWO”

Gabbie could hear the boos and could feel Akiha grabbing her trunks. She didn't really know it was an illegal move, but Akiha had been plenty dastardly enough as it was and Gabbie knew she had the STRENGTH and determination to kick out. She just didn't have the ability, even as the final count hit.

"THREE!"

Gabbie's face tightened and her body went limp in Akiha's grip. She couldn't believe she had just lost. Her first in AFW and to someone who was not even worthy to step in the ring with Gabbie in the Canadian's eyes.

Akiha had done it, she had won the match and was now going to the finals of AFW. This wasn't exactly how she wanted to win but when she saw a chance she took it. The audience was booing furiously, but the raven hair wrestler didn't care, she simply let go of her opponent and quickly rolled out of the ring, not even letting the referee hold her hand up. She simply now walking backwards, looking at the ring and her opponent with a serious look, she knew that her opponent was probably mad and could possibly still fight back.

Gabbie was up as soon as Akiha let go. She watched as the Japanese girl rolled out of the ring. Gabbie rushed to the ropes and leaned over them, pointing at Akiha. She never broke eye contact with the girl and sneered at her.

"You!" She barked. "You SHOULD be quick to leave! Too ashamed to even have the ref raise your hand after that!?" She growled, her voice getting louder as Akiha backed away. She wanted to make sure the girl heard her and saw her. As far as Gabbie was concerned, this wasn't over and she knew that Akiha couldn't beat her without cheating.

Akiha decided to simply ignore Gabbie words while still walking back as the audience continued to boo. She didn't cheer or celebrate her victory, in truth she wanted to defeat Gabbie properly where she could then plant her boot on her chest with the Canadian being too weak to fight back. But for today she would settle for this and look forward to the finals of the Lightning tournament.
