AFB (Anime Female Boxing)

It's been discussed among the mods before, and a while back I meant to post this thread but never did. Now that there's interest again, I wanted to see how the site felt.
As you may or may not know, this forum has a boxing section in Alternative. That more or less makes boxing non-canon, however, it receives mild popularity (from what I have gathered) on the site. There have been a decent amount of independent boxing matches within the "canon" Friction forum. It's been included in PPV events and it has the most activity by far in Alternative.
Now, there ARE a few options and this is where you guys come in.
We could:
There are pros and cons for all of these options. I know where the other moderators fall, as well as where i personally fall. However, I'd like to get some members opinions before any of the mod staff weigh in.

Well,if it is put under Friction,then technically there would be a stop on any of mal-male or male-female boxing.In some case,they have happened.And kiranar uses the Xerxan character primarily for Boxing Federation.I do know that is but one member,but I like that guy

If there is a boxing 'forum'.I would assume it would be very small.Something the size of what Alternative is.Which isnt a bad thing at all.

subforum. It's too small for a league but i dont see harm in having those special days when matches happen.

Right now, I vote for it to be a Friction subforum. Definitely should be legitimized, especially since acuya and I have a match going on there right now that I would really prefer to be canon!

I wouldn't split it.
if it was its own forum, then it would be intergender. if it's a subforum attached to Friction, then, I guess the guys will just have to do any boxing THEY want to do whether it be m/f or m/m in Tension. since those would be (conceivably) rare instances.
Are there people looking to do M/M boxing?

That sounds reasonable.Since,they ARE rare instances.What would become of the current and ongoing ones?

they'd be moved to whatever ended up happening. If it's a subforum or new forum altogether.

Working out now, so I can't write too much, but for now I'll say that I do have interest in m/m boxing matches.

I brought this up a while back, and I still stand by my original opinions on it.
Split it off into it's own league, and put it on the main page. Splitting it off into it's own thing would let it have it's own events and it's own title, and putting it on the main page and not shuffled away where no one knows it exists would definitely increase it's popularity.
I guarantee that the reason it's more popular is because it's hidden away behind the alt arena, alllll the way at the bottom of the main page, with two of the site's biggest failed projects. How many people do we have on the site that don't even realize it exists?
