Can Kats and Bunnies Coexist!?

"Eeep!" Kat had remained close to Mara as she whispered but when she heard the words, she reeled back. She pressed her hand against her small chest and panted. "M-Mara..." She said and turned her head. "L-l-let's just... stick to hugging for now..." She said, surprised that she had actually said "for now" at all.

"S-Speaking of!" Kat said and looked down at her food. "I'm... I'm ready to go if you are..." She motioned for the server so she could pay the bill.

It wasn't clear if Mara had intended it to be as suggestive as it was or as Kat was taking it. But never-the-less, Mara simply giggled at Kat's little squeal and as she reeled back so timidly

"Yeah I'm about finished..." She said with a cute :3 grin before the waitress had had the chance to come over"Sooooooo... now we can have a good long hug, right?"

"Mmhm." Kat said and gave a firm nod to Mara. Once the extra food was boxed and the bill was paid, Kat was ready to get on with their little adventure. It was going pretty well so far and her heart was beating just a little bit faster at the thought of some innocent hugging.

"Lead the way, Mara! Let's see if we can sneak past your sis!"

"Oke!" Mara said with a hint of excitement, before getting up and leaving the cafe with the feline.



It was still light outside by the time they got to the Love Bunnies place. The house was a fully detached two floor house with the ground floor taking up a lot more space than the top... The roofing in particular was was suitably Japanese in style and there was a decent but not huge garden space.

Mara hid behind the hedge at the front, her bunny ears sticking out of the top of the greenery

"I think sis is home... So Ninja Kat, how do you wanna do this..?"

Kat crouched behind the hedge as Mara spoke, her own car ears sticking out over the hedge a little bit as well. She looked at Mara and tilted her head. "What about going in the front? Where do you think she'll be? Unless you want to go in, act casual, and then let me in a different way, or distract her so I can creep through to your bedroom?"

"I don't know..." Mara said thoughtfully  "I guess she could be anywhere in the house... or not in at all.."

"We have our own separate rooms but they come off of our main bedroom, so like if she is in our bedroom, she might hear you climbing into my spare room..

I could go in and then make sure the coast is clear. Then you could climb up onto the roof, I'd open my window so that you could get in..?"

"Ok." Kat responded without hesitation.

"Okey.." Mara said before getting out and slipping out of the bushes with a few leaves in her pink hair. She tried to act nonchalantly as she went over to the front door and unlocked it, peeking inside before seemingly calling out to someone inside. She turned and looked back out towards the bushes where Kat was, giving hand gestures to her to make her way up towards the window before she slipped into the house.

Kat watched as Mara shuffled into her own house and when she gave the signal, Kat fearlessly made the climb up towards the spare bedroom. Shimmying, shuffling and generally doing her best to scale the house until she was on the roof and waiting near the window, panting softly as she waited for Mara to open up.

A little while later Mara did indeed open the window into a smallish room. It was actually a plus one (or plus two even) to a much larger double bedroom. The bunnies had it set up so that their main bedroom was for the both of them and geared mainly towards sleeping... while on the either side of the bedroom there was two smaller rooms specifically for each of them. Mara's small room was most likely extremely different from Leah's, there was a lot of cuddly toys and a lot of fluffy things... The walls were lined with kawaii girls, some from AFW and some random idol girls (mostly dressed in adorable and flashy colourful outfits)

In one corner was a desk and an over sized bean bag next to it.
