Sunshine!

Satomi bristled a little bit as well, from Z.Z's rudeness. But seeing how Taylor got angry for her, Satomi decided to not escalate things into a fight. "Ah, it's ok," Satomi said. She called out to one of the girls, who came over and picked up the glass. She didn't look happy either, but made no comments. Everyone knew that the girls who visited the Beachhouse weren't the nice kinds.

"Taylor, don't go starting a fight now," she said, "I'm in no shape to break things up, thanks to you." She then turned to Z.Z. "Here," she said, handing the girl another glass, this one with rum in it. "You're still paying for that last glass though," Satomi said, "I'm sorry if it wasn't to your liking, but you ordered it, so you're paying for it."

Then another rather strange person showed up. It seemed to be an odd day all around, the people showing up were even more eccentric than usual. Satomi quickly made a Jagerbomb, and set it in front of the newcomer. "Here you go, enjoy."

Taylor watched the other staff girl clean up the mess with a scowl. That wasn't right. It bugged her. Satomi, maybe just from experience, was able to bear the rudeness of her customers. Taylor, on the other hand, had never learned that skill. She looked back at Satomi with some intensity while she was instructed not to start anything. She wouldn't. She'd show her former opponent that much respect. Still, she began to feel like her mouth was going to start running again.

Until the next girl arrived. Taylor turned to watch her. Weirdo. Bald headed, tattooed, looked like a total mind-job. Taylor instantly didn't like her, but then she spoke. Taylor palmed her forehead and shook her head. Seriously? This new girl seemed even worse than the last one. Maybe... she could still salvage things. She took a stab at making conversation with the pirate girl. She had some trouble coming up with anything...

"You look retarded." Was the first thing that came out. Not a great start. "I mean... uh... where ya from? Not Japan, I take it. Who's..." She was going to ask about 'Yaya', but thought better of it. "Hey, your eyes are different colors, right? That's pretty cool. Off chance are you with AFW?" Look how good she was being, trying to make friends instead of jump right into a brawl. She hoped Satomi appreciated it.

Z.Z looked as the new girl came in. She eyed her carefully. Looked like she had been around a bit, like Z.Z. She figured maybe she was someone she should at least keep an eye on. She turned and eyed the girl. "Yaya, look at dis girl." She said with a grin. "Not even wastin any time wit da soft crap." She mused before turnign back to Satomi.

Z.Z shook her head. "A don't think that's gonna happen. A didn't order what ya served me." She began as the new drink was set in front of her. She took it and gulped down a bit of it and let out a contented sigh. "Don't worry though, wench." She said and raised the glass. "Ya got dis one right so A tink maybe I'll let go a bit o my pieces o' eight just for ya, eheh."

Z.Z. coolly narrowed her eyes when Taylor turned back to her. "Eh?" She said. 'Ch. Spurious Doxy." She uttered back and then grinned Z.Z. could trade off cheap barbs if the girl wanted but she quickly took a sip from her drink as Taylor began to question her. "Da Ocean." She said. "Ain't that right, Yaya?" She said and grinned. She widened her eyes when Taylor mentioned how they were different colors. "Aye, matey." She said and blinked suddenly. "Guess it's pretty cool." She said and then tilted her head at Taylor's next words. She guzzled down the last bit of her rum and pulled out a small little sack and tossed it on the bar. It made a clinking noise and she rattled the ice in her glass.

"Oy, wench" She said. "Just keep em comin, right?" She said and then eyed Taylor. "As a this afternoon A am. Finished signin da papers an headed for a little bit o grog ta celebrate. Dunno if it's good or bad though. I was doin fine afore." Oy, Yaya? Whatcha tink?" She said as she glanced up to the ceiling for a moment.

This was proving to be a mistake, the two already in the bar could be giving lessons to tropical skin diseases on how to be as irratating as possible. Not even slamming the jager back didn't help. "For fucks sake, use a fucking I." She grumbled under her breath. It didn't help that the other one had been staring at her since she walked in. Maybe another drink would help her relax, or at least give her something she could use to bash their heads in.
"Bottle of Cider." She said, trying her best to ignore what the pirate girl was blathering on about.

"Heh. Me and Satomi are with Friction too. Unless... you signed on with the skeevy perv division. Do you... like, what's your experience? You don't, ah, look like the wrestling type, no offense." Well, she meant a little offense. Just a little.

Taylor did her best to ignore the grumbling mass of angst that sat on the far side of the pirate. "Oh, what's your name? I'm Taylor... this is Satomi. I didn't know people from the ocean had accents like that. What brings ya heah, isa AFW that bigga draw?" Taylor said, drawing out her lazy, nasally tri-state accent and taking a sip of her drink, glancing up at Satomi. Her accent really only popped out when she was stressed out of control, in general she sounded like any other New Yorker, without the more significant NYC accent.

Z.Z.'s ear twitched at Veronica's comment but for now she listened to Taylor. "Eh, Yaya." She muttered under her breath as her grin began to widen. "Ya feelin dat, right? Feels reaaaall good, don't it?" She then looked at Taylor, looking her over and grinned. "Zehzeh, matey." She said and smiled. "Den ya ain't been hangin round da ocean for too long landlubber." She continued on as if Taylor's small jabs had zero affect on her. "A've been in ma share o fights in ma day but actual wrasslin? Na. Don't know from Jacks. An A'm here cause o may cahtin. Some reason she wanted to anchor 'ere an A gotta follow. Am startin ta see why now though."

Z.Z. then placed her hand on the top of her glass and tapped her fingers against it. "Aye." She said quietly nodding, almost in thought, before turning and looking at Satomi. "Oy, wench!" She cried out. "What da freck is dis place? A got a prod doxy gabbin up my one ear and a brick as stale as a sea fart clogin up da other!"

Z.Z.'s eyes flashed with a grin as she swung her arm back, hoping to drive her bangled wrist into the bridge of Veronica's nose. Whether or not she managed it, she hoped she could catch the girl off guard. That's all she wanted to do. If her arm was free, she would sling it forward to try and whip the glass at Satomi before using her momentum to try and tackle Taylor down to the ground. "A love it!" She would cry out as she hoped to start a nice little four girl brawl in the middle of the afternoon. Finally she was starting to see what drew Fathia to this place. Maybe she could even make some friends from some of these scallywags. They seemed like good people and reminded her of her crew.

Seeing Taylor and this pirate girl starting to get along, Satomi finally began to let her guard down. "Maybe this isn't going to be so bad," She thought. The pirate girl paid as well, tossing down a small sack of coins. Satomi took it, and looked inside. Surprisingly enough, shiny yellow coin greeted her. Satomi took one out, inspecting it. Was this gold? "Heh, yeah right," Satomi thought, "Not in this day and age." Still, she tucked them away under the bar. She'll get Z.Z to pay with real money later.

Hearing her other patron ask for an entire bottle of cider, Satomi turned to her and tried to be polite. "Er, I'm sorry, but I can't sell you an entire bottle," Satomi said, "I'll get you a glass though!" She pulled out a glass, and poured out a measure of good spiced cider, handing it to Veronica. "Here, enjoy!"

Right after she set down the glass though, things exploded. Satomi didn't even see what the heck was going on. Suddenly, the empty rum glass was thrown right at her face! Her conditioned reflexes allowed her to duck underneath as the glass smashed harmlessly onto the wall, but obviously now things were going all the way bad. Satomi was in no shape to be participating in a bar brawl!

Veronica reluctantly took the glass offered, it wasn't bad stuff and the lack of caffeine made sure it was actually calming, and it put her mind off the stupid accent sitting next to her. Still a bottle would have been better, you could crack someone over the head with a bottle. THeoretically you could still do it with a glass but it wouldn't have the same amount of force behind it, would be harder to weild and the reduced structural integrity meant that if she did hit someone with it, there'd be more chance of getting glass in her hand, again. Like in the scenario where a gaudy bracelet was hit her in the face.

Veronica instinctivley recoiled at the blow, all the effort on trying to ignore the woman sitting next to her had caused her to let her guard down. What had been a quiet little venue had gotten very chaotic as a glass flew at Satomi who quickly took refuge under the counter and ZZ was now trying to pounce on Taylor as well "Now I'll have the bottle." She said, reaching over the bar counter. That pirate girl was going to pay for that.

Taylor was on her feet by the time ZZ's first strike landed. This is sort of what she figured would happen, in a way.

When ZZ lunged at Taylor, she got her arms hooked under the Pirate's, stumbled back a few rapid steps while trying to keep her balance, and twisted sharply so that ZZ ended up next to Taylor instead of on top of her on the ground. She leaped up onto a bar stool and jumped over the bar, landing next to Satomi.

"Hey!" She yelled, waving her finger at the trouble maker. "No! Not here! Not you, either!" She said pointing at Veronica.

Z.Z.'s eyes widened when she missed Taylor and the spunky girl bounded away. Well, at least she could concentrate on the other girl. She figured the grumpy girl might not be so quick to stop a fight. Keeping her guard up, she spun around but still looked as casual as possible as she looked up at Taylor with an almost sad face.

"Awww c'mon." She said in a disappointed voice. "A thought we could have a little brawl. That's just what da doc ordered, ain't it?" She asked, making sure to keep an eye on Veronica the whole time.
