Can Kats and Bunnies Coexist!?

Kat frowned at Mara's explanation. It wasn't a very good one at all in her mind. Either Mara didn't want to talk about it, which Kat could understand, or she hadn't really understood the reason they didn't talk to her any more.

"Um..." Kat stammered. "Leah said your parents were being meanies but... you don't remember that?" She asked. She was a little confused. Kat shook her head. "Um... it's ok, Mara... I'm sorry I asked." She said and then gave the big bun a tight squeeze.

"Uhhh... anyway..." Are we going to have to stay in this little room the whole time?" She asked.

the big bunny seemed more or less unphased by the line of personal questioning, but as Kat decided abruptly to cut herself off Mara was quite happy to concentrate on the hugging rather than the talking

"nnh!" :3 Mara grunted as she received and gave Kat an equally tight squeeze, leaning down forwards a bit with her butt stuck out behind her so that as she moved back up into her normal standing position, she almost pulled the feline right off her feet...

"Hmm why? You wanna hug in different parts of the house?" She thought about it for a bit "Wellllll... We could lock ourselves in the bathroom for more hugging... but sis might wonder why I have the door locked there too.."

"Oh, no!" Kat said and sighed, squeezing Mara and nuzzling her. "it's fine. This is... fine..." She said and smiled, peeking up at the big bun. "It's... nice, Mara." It was perfect. Kat and Mara were enjoying themselves, but there was nothing dirty about it at all. Other than the fact that it felt like they were hiding from their sisters.
