SS '14 Hawk and Lioness Vs. Silver Ace and Valley Doll

Valley grabbed hold of the ropes and pulled on it, getting in some stretching. Aside from the kicks, she hadn't taken any real damage during the match. She was still daisy-fresh, and from the looks of things Ace had gotten her second wind, recovering from Jocelyn's attack. Allison was still a problem, even better rested that Valley was, but with Jocelyn taking so much damage, it would probably be 2 on 1 from here on out. Even if she got the tag, they could wear her down between the two of them. This was good. They could win this.

Also, she would have to talk to Ace about puns. 'Jocel-bitch'? What?

Allison reached out and touched Jocelyn's hand the moment it was close enough, and then gracefully stepped through the ropes. She appeared uncannily calm as she stood in front of Ace, as the girl carried her struggling tag partner on her shoulders.

"Would you mind putting that down?" She asked, as if she were asking Ace to pass the salt. "Nicely." Her voice, as always, was so composed and silken that it was a soothing contrast to the chaos around her.

Jocelyn's last minute struggling allowed her to make the tag, with Ace now staring at the blonde in the ring. Surprisingly, Ace did as asked, moving Jocelyn towards the ropes, lowering her over them onto the apron, getting her off her shoulders quickly before moving back to face Allison, getting her arms up in a grappling position.

"All right....so what can you do?"

She asked, wondering what this creepy woman's deal was.

Allison paid no attention to Ace, instead turning to stand face to face with Jocelyn. She gazed into the little punk's beaten brown eyes, and put her hands on her shoulders.

"I'm proud of you," she said, and pulled her into a hug. While the embrace lingered, the crowd's cheers and hoots died down. They were taken by surprise, and didn't know what to make of the display at first, but a new wave of cheers grew up from the stands.

Finally, Allison let go and turned back to Ace and coolly said "Whatever you like, darling."

jocelyn grabbed the ropes and hunched over them panting like she'd just ran a marathon. Her body was sore and the break was good. She watched as Allison turned around and Jocelyn looked into her eyes with tired resolve. Whatever Allison had to say, she could take it after what she just had to endure.

Except, the words she said to her clubbed her across the cheek harder than anything Ace or Valley had done. her insides churned and her heart raised. her brain screamed with joy. It was a surreal moment but her weary body kept her features stoic as hot breath pelted Allison's close face.

Jocelyn mashed her sweaty face into Allison's neck when they hugged, wanting nothing more than to embrace the woman forever. She shut her eyes tightly and felt warm and safe.

She knew better than to greedily hug Allison as she pulled away. They weren't out of the water yet. Now Allison could show off and bring them home. THEN Jocelyn could say and do all the things she wanted to right now ... hopefully...

For now, all she could do was smile and try to catch her breath and watch the majestic Brit show everyone why this was her house.

"....I am so confused right now."

Ace said aloud, shaking her head at the display. Clearly there was something more going on between those two, since Ace honestly couldn't picture anybody willingly hugging Jocelyn unless they were fucking her.

Pushing that aside, the youthful and impatient Ace, tired of waiting, decided to take action, running at Allison and ducking her head, trying to tackle the blonde woman down!

She wasn't the only one. Between that surprisingly affectionate display and her all-too casual demeanor, Valley's senses were tingling, but Ace could hold her own as long as she didn't rush in and played it smart, feeling this woman out and seeing what she could do before taking her head on.

...which, of course, was the exact opposite of what she did. "Ace, wait! Take her slow!"

Allison slipped deftly to the side and snapped her hand across so swiftly that it slammed into the side of Ace's head as she grabbed her tightly by the ear. She used it to steer the charging girl around into a U-turn, and she dragged her rapidly across the ring to stand in the middle before she could get her balance.

"You're both Americans, yes?" She asked, looking at Valley and keeping Ace bent low. "Are your friends and families in attendance? Did they all watch you both brutally beat a young girl half your size just now? How proud they must be to see what you've become." She pulled Ace around, putting a hand on her back and building momentum to wing her off toward the ropes.

Valley winced as Allison caught her by the ear swinging her around in one swift move, full of practiced poise and grace. Valley's fears were starting to get confirmed - there was a skill gap, here. And what's more, her words came out like poisoned honey, bringing all those thoughts Valley was trying to keep down up to the surface. Yes, she'd gone overboard, but damn it, Jocelyn was torturing her girlfriend? Okay, legally, but what was she supposed to do? She was human, she got mad, it happens.

That didn't make it right, but...

She shook her head and pried her gaze away from Allison, focusing on Ace instead. "Don't pay any attention to what she's saying, Ace, just focus on the fight!"

"ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow.."

Ace yelped as Allison dragged her around by her ear, the youngest fighter in the ring bent over as Allison lectured both girls. Frankly, Ace thought it was a bullshit tactic. Sure, Valley, it seemed, had gone overboard, but considering what Jocelyn had done to Ace in their first meeting, the vast majority of the damage being after the match had ended, but of course, Allison would give Jocelyn a pass for that. That's how these "break them by talking" types liked to work. Cherry pick the moments that, once taken out of context, fit their argument best and ignore any and all other evidence.

"Mfrg....I hate to burst your bubble, but I'm CANADIAN!"

Ace yelled, just before being irish whipped towards the ropes, bouncing off of them and rebounding back towards Allison. Expecting a clothesline or some other type of strike, Ace tried to keep her head down, hoping to just pass under a blow.
