The first time you started watching wrestling?
Age 5 - March 29, 1998 - Wrestlemania 14 - Stone Cold Steve Austin Vs. Shawn Micheals. (Texan Wrestlers FTW!!!)
For a long period of time I had no idea I had just watched WRESTLEMANIA and saw one of the greatest matches ever... On Accident....

I can't remember but probably during the RAW shows leading up to the Hell In A Cell match between Triple H and Shawn Michaels. I think that's in the 2003-2004 time.

I couldn't tell you what my first match that I saw was, but when I was 4/5 (1995/96) I would watch WCW all the time with my dad, back when Big Show was The Giant, Machoman Randy Savage did Slimjim commercials, Goldberg was unstoppable, and the NWO ran rampant. Good times

Re: The first time you started watching wrestling?
in all honesty, i never watched wrestling with any genuine interest. it seemed fine and all, no beef with folks who did, it just wasn't for me. my brother and dad watched it a lot, and i seem to recall an ancient match between two women and liking that, even when i was MAYBE 10 and didn't get the whole boy/girl thing. the girl acted like a kid and had a stuffed big bird and had it stolen by the heel wrestler, and i thought she looked cute.
to this day though, can keep your actual wrestling. i'll stick with the female kind -,-

Re: The first time you started watching wrestling?
Hmmm...I think I was eight or nine. I never grew up watching wrestling. (I didnt live with my dad and my mother never liked TV wrestling. She doesnt even like watching me fight. Im her little angel lol). Anyway I was flippin channels when I came across my first WWE experience. I watched the whole thing, but I didnt like it. It looked to fake and it quite frankly bored me (I was a mature lil girl). But, then I found UFC and my life has never been the same since " title="Very Happy" />

Re: The first time you started watching wrestling?
I saw little bits and pieces of it in the early 90s, can't say what hooked me on it but I do recall those days. Mid 90s I managed to rent some 80s VHS tapes (damn the days of Coliseum Home Video are long gone, most WWE dvds these days can't cut it). Bret Hart , still to this day remains my favourite wrestler.
WWF (and for a bit WCW) had good women's divisions then. It's revival in the late 90s was great, now it's just crap (mainstream, but on the indies it's great)
