The Premier!

Shinobu was all in for the kiss. A little bit of kissing, even on a first date, wasn't such s big deal to Shinobu. Cassie had given him every signal that it was what she wanted so when she pulled away, Shinobu's eyes widened.

They were close enough that Shinobu could still feel Cassie's breath on his lips.

"Shimata..."

Shinobu softly cursed himself as his cheeks flared up. He'd been too assertive. He knew it!

But then...

Shinobu moaned unexpectedly when Cassie pushed him against her. Their lips met and Shinobu mused at the sloppy kiss. He took the lead, one hand slipping into her short orange locks as her otherhand pressed aagainst her back.

After their lips pressed together for several long moments, Shinobu boldly, yet gently opened his mouth to ease his tongue into Cassie's mouth and deepen the kiss.

Cassie closed her eyes and did whatever came naturally, and hoped to god that she wasn't somehow embarrassing herself. Shinobu felt sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good, his body pressed against hers while their lips intertwined, his hands in her hair and around her body. Her heart raced. She felt like she might just fall over and faint.

And then...

"Heehehehehehehe..." An infectiously effervescent giggle fluttered out of Cassie. "Sorry. It's just..." She put a hand over her mouth, and then clutched her hands together against her chest. "I felt your tongue. Isn't that funny? Like, Shinobu's tongue was just... Sorry. Am I bad at this? Because... I really like it. Is it okay? Are you okay?"

Shinobu had expected Cassie to take the kiss with him to the next level. A giggle fit wasn't what he expected at all. Shinobu's head pulled away, blushing meekly at Cassie as he held her loosely in his arms, his hand dropping to the nape of her neck.

When she spoke, saying she liked it, Shinobu sighed and smiled. His hand slid back up through her hair, mussing it up as he set it on top of her head and looked into her green eyes.

"Cassie-san." He said. "I'm glad you like it. I had thought I had done something too bold. He smiled at Her and leaned forward, kissing her briefly on the lips before pulling away. "Do whatever you feel is right and it will be wonderful. Because it's with you." He encouraged.

Shinobu dipped his chin and kissed Cassie's lower lip with his and looked her in the eye carefully, speaking with his eyes as he touched her cheek and opened his mouth again. This time, he'd let her take the lead if she wanted. He could easily transition to a tongueless kiss if she was still skittish... or giggly...

Cassie couldn't hold in another fit of giggling. Shinobu was so charming! Not even Mamouru had said such romantic things to her! Possibly because they were never romantically... anything.

She picked her pink socked feet up onto the couch and turned so that she faced Shinobu directly, kneeling in front of him with her hands in little fist clutched tightly against her body, like she was trying to physically hold in her excitement. Her big green eyes gleamed with a thrill and a freedom that she had never felt before, and she crept forward until her knees just rested on Shinobu's leg, and she put her hands on his shoulders. She heart fluttered as she crossed the breathless space just before their lips met, softly this time, gently coaxing out every little nuance from the experience.

"Mm..." She let out a little, higher-pitched moan, and the sound of it even surprised her. She couldn't help it. She inched her hands down from Shinobu's shoulders toward his chest. She couldn't help that either.

Shinobu tuned his body so that he was facing Cassie. So they could properly kiss as their lisp touched once more.

"Mmm..."

Shinobu's moan was more like a delightful hum compared to Cassie's but her sounds made him shiver with delight. When he felt Cassie touch his chest, Shinobu shirked off his tuxedo coat. He hoped that Cassie wouldn't think it too forward of him. The party was over, he could dress down a little bit. Now seemed like the best time. He brought his hand and pushed it against her own, pressing her hand against his firm chest. He wanted to do the same but he merely slid his hands around her waist and focused on the kiss, helping her through their adventure with his expertise.

With another small wisp of a moan, Cassie began to crawl forward. Her knees stayed in place, pressed together and sinking down in between the cushions of the couch, but the rest of her was drawn to Shinobu, for obvious reasons. Her hips lifted up, and while she was on all fours she pressed him back toward the arm of the couch. She began to flatten herself against him, her whole body tingling with anticipation of the contact, but then she stopped.

She broke off the kiss and pulled back. It was probably really obvious why, especially since Shinobu wasn't some sad old spinster like she was.

"Sorry," she said. Soh-ree. "Um... I don't want to go... too far. If that's okay." A nervous laugh. "Um... hey, uh... Are you... I mean, you're not..." She pressed her palms against her face and shook her head, and then tried again. "You're like, um... After we do, like, the date and, um..."

God, Cassie. She was even annoying herself, just by having to listen to her own stupid voice. SPEAK! COME ON, BRAIN!

"Are you gonna turn into a jerk?"

That was about as direct as anyone could've put it, she supposed.

Shinobu was gripping Cassie firmly as they kissed. He felt her push him backwards and let her, hoping with the freedom to do as she liked, she'd feel more comfortable. As they slid, Shiniobu felt his hands slipping downward and he did his best to keep them at the waist, brushing against her backside as they fell back and immediately pulling back in response.

And then she stopped and then she tried to talk and failed and it was really cute!

"Cassie-san..." Shinobu said when she finally collected her thoughts. He pushed his hand on her cheek and turned his head. "The jacket..." He said. "I didn't want you to think...." He furrowed his brow. "A jerk!?"

Shinobu said up, pushing Cassie back into a sitting position but holding onto her waist. "C-Cassie-san!?" He sounded almost offended. "I'd... I'd never! I'm sorry gave you the wrong impression! I just thought that..." Shinobu lowered his head. "Cassie-san... i never had any expectations... Please forgive me." Shinobu said. "If you don't want to continue, then that is fine." he said, smiling at Cassie, hoping his soft features would put her at ease.

"What? Nonononononono!"Cassie waved her hands to try to diffuse the terrible misunderstanding she had just created. She swore that after tonight, she would never try to speak again. "No, I don't, I didn't mean like that. No, I like that your jacket is... over there. And... I really like kissing you, but it's just... that..."

Her face turned a shade of red that was more commonly found on emergency vehicles, and she hung her head in defeat. There was no preserving the moment. Cassie had killed it dead.

"I've had... not a lot of luck. With guys. And before, there have been guys... well, one guy, really... who started out sweet and nice and everything, but turned into... He turned out to be a really big jerk. Worse than a jerk. A dick." She paused awkwardly. "I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to ruin things, I'm just... Maybe we're moving a little fast. I mean, we just met, and you're... gorgeous, and I'm an idiot, so... Maybe we should... call it a night?" Her eyebrows raised pitifully in hopes that she could somehow diffuse any outrage Shinobu might have felt at the request.

Shinobu leaned back away from Cassie as she explained things. His features softened into a small frown. "I'm not sure how anyone could mess something up so badly with you, Cassie-san. I have enjoyed everything about tonight." He said. "And I'd hate to ruin the possibility that there could be a lot more nights like tonight."

Shinobu smiled at Cassie. "All of it." He said. "Not just... the end. You're a really sweet girl, Cassie-san. And quite fun too!"

Shinobu leaned in and stole another quick kiss on the lips before he pulled away. "It's too bad we never even got to have our tea. We got interrupted." Shinobu said, as if he was hinting that the two of them could still just talk and spend time together. However, that was when Shinobu's phone rang.

he answered it quickly and there was a torrent of quick and apologetic sounding Japanese coming from his mouth. After a short conversation, Shinobu put his phone away and bowed to Cassie. "Ah, I suppose I WILL have to call it an evening." He said.

"Well, I'm glad we got to spend the day together." Shinobu said as he grabbed his jacket and stepped towards the door. He bowed deeply. "We'll be in touch. I'm looking forward to seeing where you'll take us on our next... date?" He said, saying the last word with a hopeful tone.

"Sorry. Next time I promise we can have our tea!" Cassie said. She waited while Shinobu took what was probably a big important movie star phone call, sitting on the couch with her heels to her butt while she tapped her toes together. She looked up with a sorry smile when he was back.

"It's okay. I hope you still had a-" She was stopped by his usage of the word date. "Oh my goodness, yes! It's a date! Does this mean we're dating? Is it too soon to say that? Because..." She paused, and then went right back in, undaunted. "I know just the place! When can we go? During the day sometime. Next week, maybe? I don't know your schedule..." She caught herself before she rambled any further.

She hopped off the couch and skipped over to him to give him another big hug, and then looked up at him with bright eyes. "Bye. Thanks for taking me out. I'll talk to you later, okay? Call me, or text, or something. Okay?"
