[Friction World Cup] Canada vs Japan: Ace vs Akashi

On the apron, Ace let out a small chuckle as the large sumo hopped on one foot in a humorous sight.

Grabbing the top rope with both hands, Ace leapt upwards, bouncing her feet off the middle rope to give her the bounce needed to reach the top rope, before springing off the top rope towards Akashi, bending her arm in towards her chest, so that her elbow was sticking out to collide with Akashi's chest!

Akashi was too busy acting the fool to avoid Ace's acrobatics. When the elbow collided with her, it slammed into her chest and put the one legged Sumo on the ground. Akashi growled, trying to roll away a bit with one hand on her chest. That was even MORE embarrassing!

Ace landed on her knees, rolling to the side a bit before getting up too her feet, being greeted by a loud chorus of boos from the crowd, courtesy of her knocking Akashi onto her fat butt.

Raising her arms, she glared back at them. She was starting to get known for being able to turn members of the crowd over to her side in her recent matches, but she doubted she'd be able to do that here.

Focusing on her plus sized opponent, Ace slapped her hands together to pump herself up while yelling at Akashi.


"Cmon, get up!"

Akashi was reeling for from the elbow but she was by no means down for the count. She heard the crowd but paid it no mind. She got to her hands and knees and stared at Ace. If the Canadian wanted Akashi up, she'd get just that. Akashi sprung from the crouch position and looked to drive her head into Ace's stomach while trying to clamp her arms around the silver haired girl's slender frame as tight as she could.

"OOOFFF!"

Ace had been moving towards the sumo when she sprang up at her, going headfirst into her stomach and driving the air out of Ace's body. Now Ace was caught, being crushed in a tight bearhug squeeze. Ace let out a gasping cry, now trying to think of a way out of this while having the little air she had left squeezed out of her slowly.


"F...Fuck!!"

She let out, body being pressed against the slightly shorter Sumo's heavier body. Her arms, luckily, had remained free, the panting silver haired fighter quickly bringing them up, trying to clap them against Akashi's ears!

Akashi smiled as she crushed Ace with her powerful arms. She wanted to see what the Sumo was REALLY made of?! She'd sure find out. She tightened her thick arms around the Canadian and squeezed with all her might. That was, until Akashi felt her ears boxed. Akashi's eyes widened when Ace boxed her ears. She was stunned, letting go of Ace and leaning against her, stumbling back and clutching her ears.

Ace had only been squeezed for a few seconds, but even that was enough to do damage to her back and ribs, she would have to avoid getting caught like that again if she wanted to not risk further damage to them.

Using Akashi's stunned and disoriented condition to her advantage, Ace lashed out with her powerful legs, delivering a straight kick to Akashi's gut to bend her over, intending to follow up by kicking straight upwards, her shin heading towards Akashi's face!

Akashi was stunned long enough that the kick caught her off guard. It sank into her belly. Although it was tough, not preparing and taking a kick over a punch was different. The follow up smacked across her face, arcing her backwards along the same trajectory and sending her back to the mat on her back, holding her head.

Ace couldn't follow up at first, the impact causing her to drop to her butt and hold her shin after that kick. Either from training or a thick skull, Akashi had a very hard head.

Hard skull or not, Ace had dropped the former champion, and rolled over to her body, where she pressed her body across her opponents and hooked her leg up for the very first pinfall attempt of the match. It might have been too early for an attempt, but against an opponent of this caliber, even a quick pin after a small stunner move would do big things for Ace, if she pulled if off.

"Fall!"

She yelled at the ref girl, who dropped to her knees and raised her arm to begin slapping at the mat.

Akashi groaned as she felt Ace drape herself over her body and grab her leg. Her eyes widened and when the referee slapped the one count, Akashi lifted up her leg and kicked out hard. She growled at Ace, not appreciating the insulting pinfall attempt. Akashi dug her fingers into Ace's hair and tried to shove the smaller Canadian off of her. If she didn't, she might just try and get one counts on her all day long.
