TWCT Final Round: Aoi Tamazaki vs John Mitchel

“I bet you donâ€t.” John said, with a hint of amusement in his words as he tried to catch her leg. But Aoi cleverly kicked low, going for his shin. John quickly scratched the idea of trying o catch her leg as his own leg was nearly kicked out. So, with his patience exhausted, he just kicked back, hauling off and shooting his foot out towards her body as if kicking a socerball.

Aoi watched as he she made John nearly lose his balance. But then he pulled away and threw out a hard kick. She lashed out to retaliate but when the foot caught her, she yelped in pain. "Aiieee!" She growled and furrowed her brow at John. This was a bad position too. She could defend herself but for how long? She kicked just to try and keep John at bay and then tucked her arms in and tried to roll right out of the ring. At least she might be able to get some reprieve out there!

“Now what the fuck are you doing down there?” John said, starting to get frustrated with how this match was going. John growled and quickly followed after her, slipping out of the ring and landing on both of his feet about a meter away from her, a safe distance. John was quick, though, to try to close the gap, pursuing her relentlessly to avoid letting her rest and try to coral her to either go back into the ring or turn and fight.

"Getting away from you." Aoi said back quickly. She was glad that she could get a moment's respite even if it was because she ran away. She wasn't stupid though. Who was going to think she was a coward running from such a brutish man?

But when John followed her, Aoi didn't like that one bit. She turned and ran around a corner and tried to slide into the ring while he was pursuing and hop up so that the tables were reversed, so to speak. Now she'd be in a position where she could go after John while he was focused on trying to get into the ring rather than her while she was trying to stand up.

“Thatâ€s not how you play this game!” John was definitely teasing as he said that, while he pursued her out of the ring. Maybe the frustration he was feeling with this match type and this opponent was starting to effect his judgment, because the sharper move would have been to wait for the ref girl to try to get Aoi back in.

Regardless, he was able to get her back into the ring. Of course, that did give Aoi the higher ground, which means John was about to break a basic rule about attacking up hill. As soon as she turned the corner, in fact, she managed to get herself up there. John didnâ€t waist much time trying to get back in, quickly stopping with where he was and trying to climb up and in at the corner, gambling that he could withstand whatever attack she might throw his way and get back in the ropes anyway.

Aoi watched carefully as John tried to follow from his position. She tried her best as her muscles tensed to run at John and try and hit him with a drop kick to send him reeling back into the outside of the ring. She didn't THINK she could win with a ring out but she wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth if he just wanted to hand her the match.

John watched her tense up, gripping hard to the top rope as he managed to get his feet on the apron of the ring. The kick came, smacking him hard and making him stumble back. Quickly, John tried to hold on, his left arm slipping as he dangled perilously close to falling off the apron and landing outside…but his right arm held tightly, clinging to the rope.

John tried to use that to pivot and swing back on to the corner, like a door slamming closed. If he could pull it off while she was unprepared, he could secure his feet and propel himself back into the ring, hopefully close to Aoi.

Aoi smiled when her feet connected with John. Unfortunately she wasn't expecting him to hold on as he swung out like a door and teetered on the brink of flopping back out of the ring.

But when it was clear he wasn't going to fall, her fears were only reinforced. She quickly scrambled to her feet, unable to keep John from getting back into the ring now. She just tried to put as much distance between her and the strong man now. She had no clue how she could possibly win this fight if she couldn't trick him or play coy or do much of anything. She clenched her fists as she backed away.

‘FINALLY…†John thought to himself, getting back into the ring. The little episode in the beginning of the match had already put Johnâ€s patience on edge. The innocent victim routine was making John feel a bit low, all in all heâ€d much rather be fighting someone like Ro. He just wanted to win and get out of here.

What was even more frustrating is that he could tell sheâ€d get pasted by Kent, which made John view her as a pointless, but INCREDIBLY irritating obstacle. John frowned and came after her, seeing her fists clenching as he moved towards her, trying to get close enough to get his arms towards her, to grab hers if he could.

Aoi watched as John came at her. She didn't have many cards left in her hand to play and when she saw her lead with his hands, she did one thing that he hoped John wouldn't expect at all. Aoi steeled herself inwardly and went at John instead of backing away. Whatever he wanted, Aoi hoped that he wasn't expecting her to come at him and would miss her arms or at least grab onto something else. Aoi pushed forward and tried to bump her chest against John's. Not to move him but to try and tantalize him. She was also looking to do the same with her lips and press hers against John's. He could have her, she knew she couldn't run away forever. But if he was going to catch her, she would try and make it on her own terms ant not his. Hopefully he was caught off guard enough by Aoi's ploy for Aoi to shove her tongue deeply into John's mouth.
