As Masane grabbed her hand, Akashi was the one grinning as her other hand shot forward. An open handed thrust sent hurtling towards Masane's gut with the full force of Akashi's weight and strength behind it.

Masane's smile faded when she saw Akashi grinning. She saw a hand coming at her, and braced herself, cringing as Akashi slammed her palm into her gut with all she had.

"GUughhh!!" She gagged, and stumbled back, coughing and gasping for air. "Ugh.. f...first time I've had my attack used against me.." She winced, trying to deal with the stinging pain in her stomach.

Akashi wasn't finished and as Masane stepped back, she snapped her now free hand forward, aiming another powerful sumo slap at Masane's face, hoping to get the attack off before she could recover.

Masane wasn't expecting a second attack, and let out a yelp from shock and pain as she was smacked directly in the face. The blow was strong enough to knock Masane off her feet and onto the mat. "Ungh!" She grunted as she hit the mat.

Akashi was happy that her strength proved to be a greater force than her balance manipulation. She lifted her foot up to slam it down into Masane's stomach again. It was a pretty brutal move, but she couldn't afford to go easy on Masane. It was Akashi's respect for the former champ that made this kind of attack an absolute neceseccity.

Masane started to set herself up, rubbing her cheek as she felt an intense burning sensation in it. It was then that Akashi's foot came down hard on her gut. Her eyes lit up, gagging as she took the blow, unable to scream as the blow had knocked the air out of her.

Akashi sighed in relief when the blow struck ttue. She would go for the pin, but instead of just hooking the leg, she went to grab Masane's legs and fold her in half and sit on the legs, hoping to keep her trapped in that position for three seconds.

Masane was gasping for air as Akashi grabbed her legs, and let out a grunt as Akashi folded her up in a matchbook pin! Her body was still winded, but she'd struggle as much as she could, rolling left and right and trying to get a shoulder up. "1!"

Akashi struggled to keep Masane pinned down. She wanted to end this now. Though she was pretty sure she had enough stamina to out last Masane but if she could end it now, that would be better. She grunted and tried to force Masane down as the refcounted.

Masane clenched her teeth, roaring out with effort as she tried as hard as she could to spring her legs open and kick out of the pin before the three count. "Graahhh!!"
