Okay, I've got to admit, I liked Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles a lot more than I thought it would. It wasn't perfect, but it was an enjoyable watch, and it did a lot of things I really like - some good action scenes, giving each of the Turtles a distinctive look, which is something that always bugged me even when I was a kid, and some genuinely funny moments. They captured the Turtles' personalities pretty well, too, and did a good job of making Shredder look like a legit - if rather simple - badass.

I didn't like the design of Shredder when I saw him. Or Megan Fox as April.

So, they fixed that second thing? I still don't think I am going to see it though.

Eh. I wasn't crazy about the design of Shredder, either, but I don't know, it was cool to see him in action. He's got some brutal moves.

And yeah, Fox wasn't great, but I'll say that I liked her here more than I've liked her in any other role she's had. She wouldn't have been my pick, but she's tolerable. She does a decent job of reacting to and saying some of the silly things this movie requires her to.

I don't want someone to do a DECENT job. I want them to do an excellent job. And that's pretty sad that it's the best thing she's done.

From watching the second movie the secret of the ooze I actually think Michael Bays team modeled the shredder suit off of the unstoppable super shredder which was after shredder drank the mutagen ooze in the last battle scene at the club.

A) No, he's not that big in the movie. It's more like the alien Shredder's suit.

B) Super Shredder wasn't unstoppable. He was very stoppable.

I watched .Hack//Beyond The Wall recently. The parts where they weren't in the MMO were pretty boring, but everything inside The World was great. Also Aura is in it. Aura is great.

Also finally got around to the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. Solid. Don't know why it took me so long to watch it.
