Favorite childhood movie.
Favorite childhood movie!
I just wondered what everyones favorite childhood movie was. I know I myself have a few of them, but if there is one movie that stands out in my mind as being one that I absolutely loved, it was Treasure Planet. It has good characters, great relationships between them, a sci-fi feeling to it and mixed in with my favorite sort of time period there is.
It feels like a high tech steam punk world. Which is kinda amazing, I really loved the movie as a kid and I found myself re-watching it last night. One thing that I didn't really realize before, was just how amazing soundtrack, animation and how deep the relationships between the characters go. I would say it's a under-appreciated disney classic in my mind.
So ? What are your favorite childhood movie/s and why ?

The Adventures of Milo and Otis. I think I watched that movie once a day when I was a kid. I just really like talking animals. :-/

If you watch that movie again I think you'll be quite stunned at the amount of animal cruelty. Those are REAL puppies and kittens they send over waterfalls and put up to fight against bears...
Favorite childhood movie? That's an impossible question for me, but for now I'll just say one of them is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret Of The Ooze. To this day when ever I re-watch it I'm immediately transformed back into a 2nd grader jumping around in my movie seat, ESPECIALLY during the Ninja Rap[/url:ibzw1qb5].

Any Disney movie. I loved pretty much every Disney movie. I still do.
Strangely enough, the movie I actually watched more than any other one as a child? Home on the Range[/url:26d6wlri].
