Akashi Tanikaze Vs. Sarah Gatt (Complete)

Akashi squirmed as she was pulled by the hair and let out a yelp. As the punch came to the gut she did indeed hunch over. The knee to the face disoriented her slightly. Payback's a bitch... She thought. Despite the pain she managed a small smirk that Sarah would never see. But still... I can't let this bitch have her way with me like that... She reached out her arms and grabbed onto Sarah's waist and pushed herself forward, nestling her head into the other girl's stomach. Even though there wasn't much she could do at the moment at least it would keep her face semi protected allowing her to regain her faculties. She also had a small bit of control. All she could do was hope that Sarah gave her the time and opportunity to do something with it.

A few more seconds and she would be in a position to strike back. Now all she had to do was wait while the cobwebs cleared.

Sarah had to smirk. She was surprised Akashi still had the sense to fight back after that knee to the face. She loved fighting, but she loved beating people more. Sarah was pushed back a little from the sumo-like manuever, but then she growled, put her fists together and would deliver a strong hammerblow to the girl's back.

Akashi knew that something was coming. She didn't know what but when there was a slight pause Akashi braced herself. She could feel Sarah pull up her stomach muscles and when the slam came her knees buckled and she cried out. Her arms held tight for a moment and then they gave. Resting on her hands and knees she hoped Sarah would not see her punch coming. It was a move to secure some time to breathe. She launched a fist right between Sarah's legs.

Dirty seemed to be the name of this match so far. She was living by it and she would die by it now. Sarah's attitude had made second thoughts about it never come.

If it worked she would roll away and onto her back and begin panting and trying to figure out which sore spot to try and think about rubbing first.

Sarah smirked again once she saw Akashi go down. Unfortunately, before she could capatalize such a position, she was struck between the legs. Sarah cried out and sank to her knees. There weren't many people who could take a hit like that and still be standing, and unfortunately, Sarah wasn't one of them. She had underestimated how much fight the sumo girl still had in her.

Sarah would crawl to the ropes for support, trying to get back on her feet, watching Akashi carefully as the pain stopped her from attacking right away.

Akashi climbed to the ropes on the opposite side of Sarah. She was panting and smirked. "one for one on that." She said. "We've been doing a good job of beating the hell out of each other. I'm kind of tired, how about you? Do you want to go clean and lock up or do you want to keep at the dirty stuff?"

Despite the pain she had received so far she was still enjoying the fight. She could only guess that it was the same for Sarah. However the other woman wanted to continue was fine with her.

Sarah panted, and the pain between her legs generally subsided. She was tired, but like hell she would admit it. And despite what she had come to this league to do, she was indeed having fun.

Sarah shrugged, now able to stand up again. "Sure. I'm up for a clean match. I don't know what came over me back there." She held her arms up, inviting Akashi for a test of strength. "You ready?"

Akashi nodded and stepped forward. Of course she was inviting something dirty by being the honorable one. She smiled and stepped forward and locked fingers with Sarah. She wasn't totally unprepared if something dirty came but for now she tried to force Sarah's arms back and down, pushing her left leg back to give her support.

Sarah locked fingers with Akashi, and for awhile, fought against her strength with her own. Then she would smirk, and drive her knee into the girl's gut. Hopefully it would stun her, and Sarah would take advantage of that by moving the test of strength in her favour and put extreme pressure on Akashi's wrists.

"Oops," Sarah laughed. "I lied."

Akashi gritted when she heard Sarah speak. She knew full well what was coming. The knee drove into her gut hard and she felt Sara wrench her arms back. She bent her knees to try keep as much slack as she could manage but the pain shot through her wrists and it caused her to yelp in pain.

She would hope that her next move would work and through the biting pain she muttered "me.. too..." From where she had positioned herself, her head was underneath Sarah's chin. No tactics or thought was required. All she had to do was let gravity do the work for her and fall on her butt. Hopefully with the position she was in Sarah's chin would slam into the top of Akashi's head. If successful it would be just as good as any uppercut to the jaw, probably better.

Sarah blinked when Akashi said what she said, but before she could question it she was reeling from the head uppercut. She let go of Akashi's hands and fell backwards, holding her aching jaw, open to retaliation once again.
