Shauna O'Connor vs Johnny Higurashi

As Johnny charged right back at her, Shauna braced herself and aimed her stiffened leg at his head. Without any fear, the man ran right into her foot with great force. It looked like it probably hurt but there was a far more pressing matter to Shauna. The impact made her lean back a little bit, but she managed to hang onto the ropes with her hands. Phew. Then Johnny shoved her. The redhead fell off the turnbuckle with a scream. She crashed backfirst onto the steel steps below. The loud noise of metal being hit caused the crowd to chip in another "Ohhh!" as if feeling the pain Shauna just went through.

But even Shauna couldn't believe that had happened. The distance from the top of the turnbuckle and the steps was considerable, and it may as well have been a freefall since she couldn't manage to grab onto the ropes on the way down. The girl laid there sprawled across the steel steps with her head resting on the lowest step. She tried bending her back off the top step but it only made another spot hurt more. She was just glad none of the steel steps had hit her spine in just the wrong way. The referee started the count, but for that moment Shauna made no effort to get back into the ring. Her back hurt far too much.

Johnny fell against the turnbuckle, his momentum and strength the only thing keeping him moving forward after eating a hard boot, almost literally. He rested against the turnbuckle and rubbed his jaw. He opened and closed his mouth and and knew that he had to keep going. He had heard the scream, the gasping of the crowd and the sickening thud. If that didn't put her down, nothing would. He just hoped he hadn't done permanent damage to the girl.

Johnny climbed through the ropes and hoped next to Shauna. He gave her a look and reached to grab hold of her red locks and roughly haul her to her feet. He knew he couldn't win the match with her outside. Maybe he could get a count out, but he wasn't going to risk it. That was nine seconds she would have to rest. And after his last match, count outs had a bad taste in his mouth. The best thing to do was keep her in his grasp and keep pain running through her with the hard yank on her hair as he tried to roll her back into the ring.

Shauna looked like a mess when Johnny dropped down to retrieve her. Her back hurt so much and she was afraid of moving too quickly on her own. Johnny grabbed ahold of her hair and pulled her to her feet. She groaned from the pain in both her back and scalp. Why the hair? With cringing eyes, she stumbled up to the apron and rolled in when Johnny forced her up there. The redhead got to her knees and hands and crawled away as if to put distance between them. Really, though, her back was hurting too much for her to move anymore than that. There was a little worry in her mind about what Johnny would do next knowing he was perfectly okay with throwing her off the turnbuckle.

Johnny hopped up when e rolled Shauna into the ring. He watched Shauna get to her hands and knees as her slipped through the ropes. He was hoping to try for a pin, but the girl was surprisingly resilient. Johnny hardened his features and pushed forward, reaching out for her hair once more. Only this time he only needed to give her a quick, hard jerk as he tried to pull her between his legs and squeeze her head tightly between his muscular thighs so he could trap her there.

Shauna didn't get very far before Johnny yanked her by the hair between his legs. She groaned as he used his legs to hold her head in place. The redhead tried pulling herself out but stopped when it made her back hurt even more. Trapped between his thighs, the redhead could see nothing but the mat below. The mere stance of being bent over made Shauna cringe in pain and not want to move. But she was worried what Johnny had planned for her. Her back was getting better but she was still in bad shape. She wasn't sure if she could take another shot like that.

With Johnny's legs squeezing Shauna's head tightly, there was only one thing left for him to do. He bent over and wrapped his arms around her waist and with a grunt pulled upward, hoping to swing Shauna up so his head rested up against the small of her back. So that she was almost leaning on his shoulders and being held up with a firm grip on her arm pits. Johnny was looking to put Shauna in a crucifix style position, held high in the air. If she was beaten and battered but still going, the only thing left to do was finish her off with an X Japan, Johnny's finishing move. He just needed a few seconds to position himself if he was able to get her up in the air.

Shauna suddenly found herself flipping upside down and dangling behind Johnny with his hands holding very tightly on her arms. At first she thought he was going to drop her straight down in a powerbomb which wasn't a very appealing prospect. But this was much worse. She was even higher and if he threw her over his head, it'd hurt even more when he slammed her back down. And her fear of heights didn't help much at all. "Wait- NO!" she shouted loudly and started squirming. She had to escape this!

The redhead kicked her right foot out as far as she could and brought the heel ferociously right into Johnny's lower back. When the hit knocked her free, she'd fall down onto her feet with a stumble. There wasn't any time to rest, especially now that she knew how hard Johnny could hit. In one continuous motion she landed and took off the towards the ropes. She bounced off and came back flying at Johnny with her arm out in a clothesline. It was something she had been wanting to do since joining the AFW. Her signature move, the Celtic Clothesline! Unfortunately for her, this was more an act of desperation than anything else.

Johnny held Shauna up with his powerful arms. The crowd held teir breaths as he took a step forward, almost putting her on display. With hsi footing assured, he was ready to slam her into the mat hard. Hopefully that would keep her down. But as his muscles tensed to begin to throw her, he felt a sharp pan in his side. His knees buckled and his grip loosened.

He felt her slide down on his back and he curled an arm behind him, wincing at the spot where her heel dug into him. He let out a growl as his teeth flashed. She was still spry enough to fight back!? Johny couldn't believe it. How much would he have to work her over? But as he turned around, Shauna was already springing towards him.

The arm slammed across his chest and the force she had created from the running was enough to unseat him and send him to the mat hard, a loud thud as he hit his back. He arched it quickly but he was definitely down for a few good seconds.

Shauna had gone all out with her clothesline and it appeared to have gotten Johnny good. Immediately after the impact, though, the redhead fell back to her knees and felt her back. She wasn't nearly recovered when she pulled off that move and needed to rest a little bit more. The crowd began cheering for each wrestler to get up. Shauna managed to climb to her feet. She knelt over and waited for the man to get up. Some may have assumed she was stalking him and waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

And while she was doing just that, the breather didn't hurt either.

Johnny groaned and kicked his feet on the floor a few times while Shauna was getting up. He saw her and knew that he had to get up first. He rolled to his hands and knees, his back facing her. But as he pushed himself up, he spun, hoping to catch her off guard with a closed fist aimed about where he thought her chest would be.
