The Bunny and the Bear

"Haha, my mind doesn't know, but my heart does." Victoria said as she released the hug before she pumped her chest with her fist for emphasis again. She smiled warmly when she saw Minney getting all excited about a visitor coming to her house. "Yes, I'm sure. Besides, I live alone anyways. I don't mind if I spend a night once with someone."

Minney giggled at Victoria's words. it made her own heart stir with excitement. "Ahhh... I hope you're right, Vi-chan!" Minney said and blushed. Her face then fell. "Ooh... why do you live alone?" She reached out and ruffled Victoria's hair. "A cutie like you shouldn't live alone!"

Victoria tried to keep that smile up as if living alone was no big deal for her. But although deep in her heart, she was hurt. She didn't know why she was living alone in the first place. Where were her parents? Letting Minney ruffle her messy hair, she tried keeping that cheerful and happy expression. "M-My parents allowed me to live here so that I can go to the AFW regularly... I think..." She said those last two words a bit too silent that the other girl can barely hear it. "Well anyways! Let's get going then ok!?" The bunny girl suddenly said aloud as she draped one of her arm over Minney's shoulders. "We'll have a lot of fun!" She said in an excited tone and with a bright face.

Minney tilted her head and looked at Victoria. "Oooh, well that seems nice." Minney said cheerfully. "I think my parents are just gone." Minney stuck her tongue out. "Oh welll." Minney then reached out and took Victoria's and to lead her out of the facilities, slowly jogging along at a slow pace.

"I'm really looking forward to it, Vi-chan!" Minney grinned wildly and looked back at Victoria. It wouldn't be long before they were out of the building and as Minney looked for a cab, she turned and looked at Victoria. "What did you want to do, Vi-chan!? There's nothing we can't do!"
