New Player

Hey folks,

I'm a new player, more experienced in hypnosis roleplay than wrestling. However, I've also played WoD games for years so I can definitely do combat. Was just wondering if there were any fellow hypno fans here, I've found a few posts with characters who can hypnotize, use pheromones, drugs, etc.. Please send me an FPM if you're into that too. =)

Also, as I ponder a character I'm wondering what the rules on what type of character this can be? I've seen Succubi, humans, and other supers. Is there a list somewhere, or do we just make it up? Also, is there any limit on powers we can have (I understand they can only be used in certain matches). Any limit on character pics? (I think I want to use Asuka or Rei from Evangelion)

The "Powered" wrestlers are made secifically for the Fur N Feathers League or the Alternative Arena(which is mostly for one-off matches, play testing and death matches)

There's no restriction on race or ability but if you're going to fight someone who is clearly out of your league power wise, then you either need to mutually agree to this (as in, it's a mutually agreed upon squash match) or you inhibit your characters powers so they are more equal with your opponent's

And there's no limit on character pics but some people mightnot want to scroll through pages and pages of pics on your bio. Also be careful when selecting pics from known anime as they MIGHT be being used by other members.

What's WoD?

World of Darkness. Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf, etc. It's what White Wolf calls their combined rp settings.

yep. Though it has video games, LARPS, TCG's, etc. Attached to it as well, it's mostly a pen and paper rpg.

Yep, I've played the old World of Darkness (their original world-setting which is now over) for over 10 years

So, any other hypno-enthusiasts here? Seems connected with the whole putting folks to sleep through holds and whatnot.

Also, can my character play in multiple rosters or one char. per roster?

Don't know about the hypno thing, but as far as I know there are no limitations on your character and which rosters and all that. Friction and SW cross over all the time. I don't really venture into SW, let alone anything below that, so I can't really speak to that stuff. But I CAN say this! Make a solid character, detailed and nuanced and whatnot, and you can do whatever you want! " title="Very Happy" />
