Seraphim and Minerva

Minerva nodded at Seraphim's words with appreciation. They were dead on and the smaller girl hoped to be able to really do that. She believed she could someday, though she did doubt if they would be successful anytime soon. Minerva giggled when Seraphim gave her a cheesy smile and brought her hand to her mouth to try and stifle it as much as possible. She didn't think she could ever not laugh at the woman when she made that face because it seemed so out of character. It would be like Minerva making an angry face. no matter what or how real it was, one could only 'awwwwww' in response.

She grabbed the hand and pulled herself up. "Hai! Sense-sama!" She said with a determined look in her eyes, furrowing her cute little brow. "Should I put the gloves back on?" She asked.

The girl was always so damn adorable, Seraphim just wanted to glomp her right there and never let go!

Er... b-but training was first! Yea, that's right! She couldn't get herself distracted with such... desires.

As Seraphim was asked that question though and Minerva was ready to put the gloves back on to continue, Seraphim decided that it was time to try another little thing to keep Minerva off guard. Next step of training; keeping yourself on guard at every moment. So, when Minerva asked that, Seraphim suddenly changed her attitude completely, but only to stage what she was about to do next.

"No." Was all she said, her single word coming out harsh and cold as she dropped her smile, practically glaring at Minerva. Then, in an instant, Seraphim threw a punch towards Minerva, quick, powerful, and not holding back as she aimed to hit Megumi right in the stomach. If the girl flinched and couldn't block, she would pull her punch at the last moment to not hit her, or at least slow the attack down, but this was to see how quick Minerva could react, and how she handled unexpected surprises. Another rule in a fight; sometimes, you shouldn't even expect an attack coming and be ready for it in an instant.

Minerva was bobbing her head and had one glove halfway on when she heard the commanding 'no!' from Minerva. She turned her head and looked at the oncoming punch. Instinctively her eyes closed and she winced but alsoher hands went down to block the punch. No, no, no! She screamed to herself as she felt Seraphim's fists collide with her wrists. She knew there would be something else coming if she just stood there.

She forced her eyes opened and backpeddaled clumbsily, lifting her fists up and giving Seraphim a hard serious face, waiting for what's next. Suddenly her knees began to wobble and tears formed at the edge of her eyes, even though she still tried to maintain the serious look. In another second she sank to the ground and clutched her wrist as tears flowed freely from her. "Waaaaaah!" She balled and bent over. She had blocked the punch but it felt like the impact broke her wrist. She tried her hardest to stifle her tears but after a second lookied up at Seraphim and weakly held her wrist out.

"I..." She tried to sniffle out the words. "Is... it... broken?" She asked pleading with Seraphim to check.

When Seraphim noticed that Minerva was actually going to block, she didn't pull back at all, letting the fierce blow connected with Minerva's palm as she successfully blocked the punch. 'Not bad at all!' She was impressed, not expecting her to block it so well, and even grinning a little when she saw how she managed to even keep her eyes open too. It was certainly a step forward, but Seraphim would have to go through this a few times to make sure it wasn't dumb luck.

However, when Minerva suddenly cried out and clutched her wrist, Seraphim's crimson eye widened a little, fearing the worst at the question, and she immediattly rushed over to the girl. "M-Mine-chan? I-I didn't mean for that to happen!" She cried out in protest, hoping Minerva wouldn't be upset for her as she hurried over to the girl's side, her serious facade dropping in an instant as it was replaced by a deep concern. "I'm so sorry! I was just testing you, honest!" Seraphim was never the type to be this concerned about someone, but Minerva was the kind of girl she could never actually -want- to hurt, and yet now she may have actually broken the girl's wrist! Seraphim felt horrible about it, it was her own fault after all.

"H-Here.. let me see." Filled with concern, Seraphim gently pulled the girl closer to her, taking the moment to inspect her wrist. It was red and swollen, but she couldn't tell if it was broken. "Does.. this hurt?" She asked, lightly pressing a finger against the inside of Minerva's wrist and rubbing along it lightly, feeling for any fractures, fearing the worst.

Minerva sobbed as she held out her hand for Seraphim to examine, like a child who had just fell and hurt themselves. "I...it's not Sera-San's f-fault..." She said to try and soothe Seraphim's feelings. She didn't want her to feel responsible for the injury at all, just because Minerva was so weak.

"D... did I p-pass?" She said trying to produce a hopeful smile through her teary eyed face. Maybe that would make Seraphim feel better. She hoped it would.


Minerva squeaked when Seraphim touched her wrist. It was red and hurt but it was hard to tell if she was crying because of trauma or pain. She bit her lip when Seraphim touched her wrist and sniffled back more tears. "It h-hurts... b-but ... Sera-san's touch ... is soothing..." She said with a weak smile. "I-I don't think it's b-broken." She said and squeaked again when a sensative spot was touched.

Minerva could say all she want, trying to make Seraphim feel like she was the one not at fault, but it still didn't wipe away the guilt she had. Even if Minerva didn't want her to feel responsible, it didn't work too well, as Seraphim did all she could to sooth the girl's pain.

"Y-Yea.. you did, you passed and did really well." She said with a forced, almost panicked smile, trying to make Minerva feel a little better about the situation as her fingers delicately traced along Minerva's skin. As she did, Seraphim tried to keep her focus, slowly switching her mindset to a medical proffesion, looking at it like a doctor.

'Moderate truama from the blunt force. Light muscle spraining and tearing, and the expentansy of a level two contusion to form later.'
"Mine-chan? I-It's okay, you're going to be okay. It's not broken. We'll.. just put some ice on it." Her panic dying down, Seraphim imediattly made her way over to the gym back she left up here before, and opened the small cooler in it, taking out some ice. Using her own towel she planned to use for later to clean herself up, Seraphim wrapped it in ice, and gently placed it on Minerva's wrist, followed by giving her a light kiss on the forehead as she did.

Minerva's tears nearly dried up when Seraphim praised her, a true beaming smile on her face almost made her forget about the pain. Minerva looked at Seraphim with hopeful eyes as she gave her diagnosis. "Mine-chan is just too delicate..." She whispered, hanging her head slightly. It must have been frustrating for Seraphim to deal with someone like her. She felt like a burden sometimes and she tried to shake the feeling off.

She audibly shivered when Seraphim put the ice on but then smiled and squeaked in delight when she was kissed. "It feels better already!" She chirped.

Minerva then stood up and with her free hand, pressed herself into Seraphim, ruffling her hair appreciatively. Though from the position, Seraphim was getting a facefull of Minerva's chest, it was a geniune and grateful hug. "Arigatou, Onee-chan." She whispered.

She then backed away and placed her injured arm behind her back. She spread her legs and heaved a deep sigh. Her face furrowed into one of determination. "Sensei-sama! C-can we continue?" She knew that Seraphim might protest but this is exactly where she could prove herself. "Injury is no excuse for slacking in training!"

Too delicate? Maybe... but that could change. In fact, overtime, Seraphim was planning to forge her into a fighter. Even if Minerva never turned out to be a great fighter, she would at least be better than she was now, good enough to defend herself; and that was what mattered most. Wanting to do all she could to help cheer the girl up, Seraphim realized that wasn't needed when Minerva suddenly managed to get up and managed to give her a hug. And the way she had gotten up, giving Seraphim a face first experiance of her bosom was just... 'Ah... th-this actually feels kind of... N-No! Bad Sera!'

Mentally slapping herself at this, and just accepting the hug for now, Seraphim felt her heart skip a beat and warmth build up in her chest when Minerva thanked her. Overtime, when the two parted, Seraphim soon got up as well, crossing her arms under her chest and managing to regain a smile, especially after what she heard next. She.. was ready to continue? Wow, she really had the spirit, and that meant a lot to Seraphim.

"Well, a-alright then! Get your gloves on, it's your turn to throw a few punches, okay?" This time, Seraphim didn't put her boxing gloves on, and even stranger was how she shoved her hands into her blue jean pockets, almost.. relaxing as she waited for Minerva. Yet, despite not being in a defensive position, there was a spark in Seraphim's crimson eye that said she was ready for what Minerva had ready to throw at her.

Minerva nodded and bent down to grab her gloves. She stood there looking at them for a long moment without blinking. "Err..." The small noise came out as she brought her injured hand out and held one glove by the thumb and index finger. "hmmm." Minerva's tongue stuck out of her moutyh like she was trying to solve a complex puzzle.

She tried to slip her hand into the glove but dropped the one she was holding and after a few seconds the other one slipped and fell too. "Grrr.." The tiney girl made the soft but cute growling noise as she bent down and picked up the gloves again. This time she held one between her legs and tried to put it on but it seemed to not go in. "Too tight..." She mumbled and opened her legs a bit to have the glove fall once more.

She huffed and reached down and picked it up, desperately trying again before looking up with embarrassed eyes. "Sensei-sama..." She said quietly, trying to avoid eyecontact. "Mine-chan needs help putting on her glove..." She said pouting as she dangled a glover in front of Seraphim, trying not to bring even more shame to herself. "And.. I think she can only get one on."

Watching Minerva try to put those gloves on, it was such a cute thing to see! From seeing her attempt with her hands and that silly way she stuck her tongue out, to when she put it between her legs, and even gave Seraphim a briefl glimpse of her panties. Again, Seraphim had to resist a primitive urge of hers, but when Minerva asked for help, she realized it was going to be rather hard to resist any further.

"Erm, alright then." She said with a light, somewhat nervous smile. Plucking her hands out of her pockets, Seraphim suddenly came up with an idea, only moments before she got close to Minerva. "Actually, I got a better idea, forget the gloves and just drop them."

Suddenly, Seraphim reached into her pocket again, and pulled out a soft, half empty pack of cigarettes. They were certainly not a local brand, being called 'Bold Trooper' in brown text and borders, and Seraphim plucked an unlit one in her mouth. The sweet taste of smooth chocolate mixed with nicotine started to fill her tastebuds before Seraphim gave the small girl a new training method. "Hand eye coordination and accuracy. All you have to do, is pluck this baby outta my mouth. Ya got that?" And then, stuffing her hands back into her pockets, Seraphim took a few steps back, readying herself once again. It may have sounded simple, but Seraphim was going to have some fun really playing cat and mouse with the girl. "Just grab it, that's all you gotto do. Sound easy? Trust me, it won't be."
