Exit Interview

Lukretia nodded her head at Taylor's quiet word of thanks. She gave the girl an almost gentle smile but then grinned. "It vould be unvise for you to think I am anything but a horrible monster, Ms. Parker." She said. "But, I assure you zat my intentions are earnest, even if my methods may be distasteful. It is just ze vay I see ze vorld." Lukretia gave a shrug and stepped out from around her desk. She held out her hand for her to shake. "I believe Ms. Fortuna vould also like to see you before you go. However, I do not belive zis vill be ze last time ve see each other. You still have unfinished business here vhether you admit it or not und I, for one, am looking forvard to seeing if you're up for ze challenge." Lukretia said with a wry smile.

Taylor breathed a laugh. "You should meet Cassie." She suggested quietly. Cassie was the one person in the world who was completely incapable of finding a horrible monster in anyone, even a horrible monster like Lukretia.

For a moment, Taylor had been on the brink of tears, but she pulled herself back. She stood up tall and swatted Lukretia's hand away. She gave her a punk grin. "Yeah, I guess we'll find out." She said. "But sisters don't shake, Lukretia." She added, and then gave Lukretia a hug that would've made Akashi proud.

She took a step back and gave Lukretia a mischievous smile before she turned and strode toward the door. "When have I ever cared about what you think?" She said without turning around. "I'll go find Aurelia. It'd be cool to see her at least once before I'm gone for good."

She pulled open the door and left.
