Akashi Tanikaze Vs. Rose Deltora

Akashi was surprised that she went tumbling down with Rose, her intention merely to throw her to the ground to get some breathing time. She did her best to fall ontop but was rocked by the punches that soon came. She needed to get away from Rose or at least from her fists, the punches really hurt. Pushin herself away, she tried to straddle one of Rose's legs to keep her from being able to do anything with her legs, turnign to try and fend off the punches with her hands but only really able to block.

Rose kept her assault up as Akashi moved down her legs, punching at Akashi's arms to wear out her defenses, trying to make them weak and numb so it would be a little easier attacking the woman directly. Her expression had a slight furrow as she worked at Akashi punch by punch, but other than that, her face was blank.

Akshi grimaced at the constant punching she was taking, it was really painful and it added up quickly. Panting, she knew she had to try something or else she was just going to get punc hed until she dropped. "TRaaagh!" She groaqle and twisted her body, reachoing out to push Rose's hands away as she fell forward, hoping to slam her head into her opponents and hopefully daze her.

Rose got her hands pushed away for a moment, and nearly blacked out from Akashi slamming her head into hers. She clutched her head tightly, uttering a string of curses in spanish.

Akshi rolled away and crawled as far as she coudl managed and panted as she clutched her arm. It felt numb right now and her head was reeling. She tried to blink away the daze but a move like that alwys ended up hurting her too. She just needed a momonet ot recover and hoped that the move would give it to her.

Rose shook her head with a growl. This girl hit pretty hard, but she could deal with it for now. She starts to sit up, and reaches for Akashi's leg to drag her back towards her, and would try to slam a fierce right into her gut to wind her.

Akashi's eyes widened when her leg was grabbed. "Dammit.." She growled as she was pulled back. She wasn't going to let Rose turn her onto her back though and struggled to stay on her stomach. She pulled her free leg up and if Rose turned her, she would snap it forward at Rose's leg, otherwise she would take the punch if it was aimed at her back.

Rose was on her knees, and when Akashi refused to roll over onto her stomach, she shrugged, and climbed up top of Akashi, trying to lock in her crossface finisher instead. "Shoulda rolled over, you dumb asian bitch.." She hissed.

Akashi felt Rose mount her and grunted. She nearly teared up as the crossface was applied but she needed to prove how strong she was. She had definitely taken worse than this! This girl was seriously tough but Akashi knew that if she was going to be beat it wasn't this early in the fight. She slammed her fist against the mat and grunted. The insults only angered her further. She tried to drag herself to the ropes if she could. She knew that would break the hold but no matter how close it was, with the pain running through her back, it felt like it was a hundred miles away.

Rose snerked as she got the move locked in tight. This was almost too easy for her. She applied the move as tight as she could, and she could feel Akashi crawling towards the ropes, getting closer and closer, but Rose would milk the painful submission for all it was worth, hoping to take the power out of the woman... and maybe prolong what was seemingly Akashi's inevitable defeat.
