Training An Angel

Alaina looked at Isa, smiling and nodding with approval. She would give more detailed feed back later about everything she could. Right now though she had to show Isa that a woman free of a hold was one that was likely going to try to get some payback for the pain they had just experienced! Alaina moved at Isa quickly and tried to go in for a grapple! However once engaging Isa the amazon was trying to go underneath an arm and grab Isa from behind! Alaina's arms were trying to move their way up to lock Isa in a full nelson hold! From here if Isa couldn't escape Alaina had more plans for punishment, but right now she wanted to give Isa a chance to try to get out instead of outright going in to deliver a full nelson suplex!

Isa's longing for feedback became somewhat rewarded with Alaina's smile and subtle nod of approval, but they weren't exactly quite as extensive comments as the blonde had secretly been wishing for. However, they were still clearly coaching elements at this point, and it was soon obvious that Alaina didn't want to stop for a second in this spar just yet, or give Isa any more breather than what she would be getting in an actual match, as was evidenced by the Amazon promptly coming in for a grapple...

However, Isa got easily fooled this time. The blonde was all preparing herself for a grapple, resulting in her coach easily sneaking under the trainee's armpit behind her back! And the blonde's brief moment of confusion was more than enough for Alaina to lock in her full nelson hold...

Isa had already been training the strength of her upper body somewhat under Alaina's command, but it was soon obvious that her strength level did not quite yet match the one of her coach. Despite great strives to free herself from the hold, the trainee was still incapable to get out of the nelson. And her failure to do so came with consequences, as the Amazon's full nelson suplex soon sent the Angel flying, and falling on her shoulders! And this time there was nothing softening the impact...

"Come on Isa, I know you are tough and can fight through this..... kick out!" Alaina shouted as she kept her back arched, maintaining the bridge to keep Isa in a pinning position after the full nelson suplex!

"ONE!"

Alaina began the count, urging Isa to keep fighting despite the fact that Alaina was doing all she could to keep Isa pinned! She wanted to simulate a match as best she could, knowing full well that this would lead to the best training possible for the younger Isa. She cared enough to want to do all she could to see Isa succeed, she wanted to fight against her in a title match someday if she could! Her body was tense as she felt Isa struggle, eager to see when she kicked out as well as how forceful the kickout was!

The suplex definitely took a toll on the blonde, and Alaina became clearly somewhat concerned that her trainee may not have been resilient enough to fight her way through it. Isa herself wasn't all too worried just yet though... Yes, the impact was far from nice, but it wasn't bad enough to keep her down! And as soon as the blonde heard her coach shout out the number one, she was all ready to kick out...

"O-oh." Only problem was, that apparently kicking out was more easily said than done, now that Alaina was actually pressing Isa down with all her power! The trainee's first attempt at kicking out turned out to be a failure, and the coach was already going for number two!

Luckily, Isa's situation was still far from dire. The blonde had indeed still much more strength available to kick out, now that she had just found out she had to use it all! As result, Isa's second attempt was much more forceful, this time resulting in the blonde fabolously kicking out from Alaina's pin!

Isa rolled around to the side, but then realized as her coach began getting back up, that her body was in a way too precarious position in relation to the blonde's own dangerous pair of thighs to miss. Thus, the Angel tried to quickly wrap her legs around the Amazon's midsection, trying to ramp up some intense pressure on her coach!

As Alaian was getting up she felt Isa's legs wrap around her torso and begin to squeeze again! This was a potent, main theme Isa seemed to have! It was a great tool to have but Alaina wanted her to be able to defend herself from counters that opponents were likely to throw her way. Alaina groaned as she felt the crushing pain of the squeeze, but her fists cocked back and the amazon fired away a few hard punches right at Isa's abdomen to try to get her to weaken the hold enough to allow Alaina to escape!

Isa's instincts had kicked in, and the blonde had decided to use her traditional main weapon, scissorholds. It had almost been more just like a natural reaction than a conscious choice to wrap her legs around Alaina's body, and Alaina's groans were quick to tell that the Angel had not lost one bit of her scissoring expertise!

However, one of Alaina's main goals had constantly been to diversify Isa's moveset, and the coach was quick to point out the obvious flaws in the trainee's traditional techniques. Just as fast as Isa's hold had earned groans out of the Amazon, three stiff punches to the blonde's belly caused its immediate release. Alaina gained her freedom fast, and as the Angel turned around and was now coughing on her knees, she was probably an easy target for the coach to take advantage of...

Alaina managed to free herself again and she decided that it was time to put Isa in a hold of her own! As Isa sat up Alaina tried to move behind her and pull her head back, wrapping an arm around her neck while her own legs moved in to position to now crush Isa's torso instead! Alaina loved the dragon sleeper almost as much as the sharpshooter, and she was trying to employ it to see how Isa fared while stuck in a hold that was not easy to escape from!

Isa's endurance was still quite far lower than what she would have wanted it to be, and definitely lower than what was required to take all that could be coming in the AFW ring. And her coach was the one graciously pointing out that obvious flaw this time as Alaina's punches softened the blonde's hold up way too fast... Something that Isa was readily admitting to herself as she was coughing on her knees.

But what Isa did not want to admit to herself was how desperate of a situation the Amazon's next move plunged her into! The blonde was an easy target for Alaina to set perfectly up in the Dragon sleeper, that was spelling her trainee the perfect storm! "Oohhh... Nooo...." Isa moaned quietly as she struggled to find a way out, and the Amazon's hold was tight enough to cause some immense pain! "I... I..." It almost sounded like the trainee was very tempted to submit, but was trying to hold it back as well as she could!

Alaina kept the hold secure, curious to see if Isa would be able to break out. Alaina applied some more pressure on this one, trying to add a bit more urgency to the hold than her previous ones had in the spar thus far. She was hoping Isa would last and try something... anything... to escape. Even if she wasn't successful trying and failing helped to see what didn't work, thus Isa wouldn't waste time in a match setting trying something that was doomed to fail. Even though Isa may have not realized it, even failing and falling short in spars could provide valuable insight.

Alaina had gotten her trainee in a vicious hold indeed, one that Isa wasn't seeming to find an escape from. The blonde herself had already gone quite deep into the panic mode, as her brain just couldn't come up with a way to get out! The position was so tricky, that even her hands appeared to be incapable of really reaching the Amazon's body in any meaningful way at all... It may have well been that Isa would have had to just submit, now that she wasn't capable of using the power of her legs...

As Alaina made the hold even tighter and Isa's need to escape became even more urgent, the blonde hastily decided to still give a shot for her legs. If she could set a firm footing, could she push her own body up in the hold to ease the pressure? Could she jump up and swing her legs forward, or in this case seemingly backwards, towards Alaina's body? And if she could, would it be enough for her coach to loosen her hold, of even to get her lose her balance completely? The blonde decided to find out...
