Ingrid Ulrich Vs. Kyoko Akan

Ingrid continued to grunt and struggle in the clutch. She flexed her powerful arms and tried to muscle out of Kyoko's hold. At the same time, the Viking tried to pull one leg underneath her own body and put Kyoko off balance. She was struggling mightily in the hold and there was definite pain on her face. The crowd loved the position and had a hard time cheering for either girl, who seemed to be giving it their all in the contest.

"Hnnnnnghhhh!"

Kyoko was struggling way more then she would have liked with this hold, Ingrid would just not stay still. Not that the hold wasn't accomplishing its goal, Ingrid was in obvious pain but her efforts were warning her arms out as she struggled underneath. She's then started trying to tuck her under her to pull up and Kyoko had an even worse time getting maintaining the hold and she struggled to keep her balance.

"Screw it." Kyoko pulled away quickly, backing up as fast as possible to avoid anything Ingrid might try. Even in her weakened state of Ingrid got out and got her off balance, she would howl her over and that was something she couldn't afford right now.

Ingrid growled when Kyoko backed away. She quickly spun around, but it wasn't to try and catch Kyoko as she retreated, instead, it was so that she could guard her flank in case Kyoko came at her once more.

Ingrid remained on her hands and knees, panting softly and wincing occasionally when her body twitched the wrong way. She remained focused on Kyoko for the moment, however. She didn't like having to play the reactor, but she also knew that the clutch had taken away more of her stamina than she'd like to admit.

Ingrid pulled away upon reales but to Kyoko's relief didn't try and pursue her, in fact Ingrid remained on her knees making no real effort to rise to her feet. Which gave off the impression that she was worn out and feeling the effects of the match. Between the Boston crab and the camel clutch, Kyoko was pretty confident her back was feeling the effects of it all.

Taking a second to let the the awkward feeling in her arms go away, Kyoko  moved in and went for a super kick on her kneeling opponent, she needed to keep Ingrid down and couldn't afford to blow the advantage she had.

Ingrid's eyes were focused on Kyoko as they had a bit of a standstill. She was watching as the girl came at her and though she was tired, she was not so work out that she couldn't tilt her body enough to avoid the superkick. As Kyoko 's leg whizzed past her, Ingrid did something that she was pretty ashamed of.

She slipped behind Kyoko as the momentum carried her and brought an arm between the girl's legs. She then used her strength to force Kyoko off balance and drop her to the canvas, hoping to catch her in a quick roll up pin and steal a victory.

The force of the kick and her aim could have ended the match right then and there, unfortunately Ingrid still had enough of her senses to duck out of the way, so the only her foot hit was air. Before she could even comprehend this fact Ingrid had snuck her arm between her legs and pulled her backwards in a roll up.

The ref was quick to respond, getting down to their knees and starting the count. Kyoko was bewildered by the hold and began kicking her feet to try and get free but I grid had already but enough power behind her to prevent her from escaping that easily. "One!" Kyoko heard, and realizing that she needed to act quick began bridging her head and pulling off on her arms to get her shoulders off the mat and try to roll through. Even if she couldn't roll all the way or get Ingrids arm off her it could almost certainly break the pin attempt.

"TWO!"

The referee got the second count as Kyoko struggled, but the girl was finally able to explode free from the pin. Ingrid pounded the mat in frustration, but wasn't going to rest on her laurels. She leaped at Kyoko, trying to get her in a debilitating and energy sapping chokehold from behind.

Kyoko felt reif wash over when she got her shoulders off the mat. She hated losing matches like that and would start rolling to her feet and try and stand up. Just as she did so however Ingrid proved to be just as determined to take her down as she was to get out, as she came up behind her and lock her in a chokehold.

Kyoko gasped as the hold tightened around her neck and cut off her air supply. She knew she had to act quick or Ingrids strength would wear her out and she's pass out or if she was too slow she'd be to worn out to fight Ingrid. Kyoko began desperately trying to move over to a rope as she brought one hand to her neck to try and keep Ingrid from chocking her out too hard and with her other arm would throw her elbow back and hit Ingrids side.

Once Ingrid got the chokehold, she didn't care about Kyoko's attempts to break free. She didn't try and keep her from inching towards the ropes and grunted as the elbow hit her sides. She was more concerned with squeezing as tightly as she could with the arm that locked Kyoko in the chokehold. With her other hand she balled her fist and tried to continuously punch Kyoko in the top of the skull.

Typically she could deal with submission holds by doing enough damage to the holder until they let go or made a mistake. Ingrid proved to be not so typical, ignoring al her efforts of escape as she made sure she tightened e hold around her neck as tight as possible with out care or concern. She took it a step forward by bashing her head in with her spare hand her intent was to take the life out of her and for the most part it was working.

Kyoko inched towards the ropes, bringing up her hand that was fighting the hold in favor of blocking the blows coming down on her head. She felt her vision fading and her efforts getting harder as she pressed forward but she wasn't sure if it would be enough. In an all or nothing gamble, Kyoko brought her hand reaching for the ropes down to grab Ingrids leg and lift her up on her back with, if this worked she would try and piggyback both of them towards the ropes and get a ropebreak, preferably before her legs gave out.
