Land On Your Feet!

After having to watch her "sister" Seele lose the biggest match of her career in a rather spectacular and humiliating fashion, Kat was feeling down. Seele wanted to be the best and she was good but Seele also wanted Kat to come along for the ride. The Welsh kitten loved wrestling but she mostly loved Seele and having fun. If she won or lost, it didn't matter to Kate as long as she had a smile on her face while doing it.

However, she knew that if she just had her breezy, carefree attitude all the time, she'd end up hurting her sister Seele and she definitely wasn't going to be responsible for shattering her best friend's dreams. She looked around the gym. She was dressed in her wrestling attire, complete with tail and ears. "Meeeow!" She chirped and looked around. 'I've got to get serious and that means super secret training!' She thought and pumped her fist.

She needed spars and weights and machines and stretches and everything! She also needed... other people. She frowned for a moment but perked up. Kat was never one to get down for every long. She hopped into the ring and began to stretch. Someone was bound to show up for a spar if she looked like she was interested!

Needing to wind down some after their recent tag match, Akiko and Yukiko decided to spend the day down at the gym doing some training and sparring. On the way from their apartments, they ran into their former subordinate (& semi-creepy stalker) Maddie, who ended up tagging along.

While they had won their last fight, their opponents ended up being pretty sore losers, and the conclusion left the two ex-gang leaders with a pretty bitter feeling. After spending a few days nursing their wounds, Akiko and Yukiko quickly wanted to get right back to training, intent on challenging those twins again and not letting them get the last laugh.

Maddie, however, ever irresponsible and immature, was only there to spend time with her two heroines, and didn't really want to work out or anything.

After dressing down to their fighting attire; Akiko in her pink bikini, Yukiko in her sky blue bikini, and Maddie in her white bikini; the duo and the third-wheel left the lockers and headed for the area with the practice rings. As they entered, the room was pretty much empty, sans for one dark-haired cat girl.

"Huh, it's pretty deserted for once..." Akiko mused.

"Wonder what that one girl is doing here by herself though...?" Yukiko wondered aloud.

"Ayip, mhm and nya and four!" Kat said as she stretched, turning from one side to the other as she touched the ends of her boot. her hips wiggling with each vocalized count of her efforts. She popped up and saw three new girls in the gym and grinned brightly. "Hellooo!" She chirped and hopped over to the ropes. She waved at them and beckoned them with a vibrant gesture.

"Anyone looking for a spar~?" She called out.

"Well we do have an odd number..." Akiko trailed off, as the three of them looked between each other.

"Ma-chan, would you mind?" Yukiko turned to their third-wheeler, rather hopeful she would able to train with just Akiko today.

"Shit... I only tagged along because I wanted to see them spar up close...!" Maddie thought panickedly. "If I'm stuck fighting how am I gonna watch?"

"Uhhh, I kinda just ate a big lunch so... I probably shouldn't do anything too strenuous right away... Haha..." Maddie said shakily. Not really falling for her thinly veiled lie, the two elder girls shot her irritated looks, eliciting a frightened reaction from Maddie. "Eeep...!"

They quickly ended up shrugging it off, though, turning back to Kat.

"I guess it'll be one of us then." Akiko said, finally replying to the cat girl's question. Facing off with a different opponent might end up being a more productive experience, so they may as well take up the offer.

"We'll let you pick, but be careful, neither of us are very nice fighters." Yukiko grinned, only semi-jokingly.

Kat was happy when the three girls came her way and acknowledged her. She was definitely up for a spar and if she could make her tail wiggle, she'd do it. She smiled at the three and waved.

""Hi, I'm Kat!" She chirped and looked over the girls, trying to pick one until Yukiko spoke up. "W-What?!" Kat gasped. "Why wouldn't you be nice!?" She exclaimed. She then pointed at Akiko. "Well, then definitely her!" She said, pointing to the red head.

"Ignore her, she's just trying to mess with you..." Akiko tried to wave it off, not wanting to intimidate their possible new sparring partner.

"Yeah, she's actually the only mean one." Yukiko quipped, before sticking out her tongue a little bit, prompting an annoyed look from Akiko. Akiko was the dirtier fighter by far, so it wasn't exactly a lie though. Yukiko, however, had quite a bit more frustration to work off, having been nailed by that surprise low blow from Alicia after that tag match, and wasn't too keen on getting sidelined today.

Stop teasing!" Kat said. Theyt reminded her a bit of Seele. Seele was a great wrestler but she also liked playing dirty if it got her an advantage. Most girls might get discouraged but Kat sort of felt at ease.

"Well, whoever." She said, shrugging. "So... what's your names?" She asked. "I gotta know who I'm gonna beat, nya!" She teased.

Yukiko pouted a bit at Kat's cockiness, but Akiko shrugged it off.

"Well, I'm Akiko, this is Yukiko, and the lazy idiot behind us is Maddie" Akiko pointed accordingly to her companions.

"HEY!"

"Now that introductions are done, who's gonna go first?" Yukiko spoke up as she cracked her knuckles, beginning to feel impatient about getting back to training.

kat smiled and nodded. She was surprised they called her friend and idiot butshe assumed that they were just playing. They seemed to like to play a lot even if it might have been a bit mean spirited.

"Akiko, c'mon!" Kat said and waved her into the ring, ignoring Yukiko's seeming enthusiasm a bit. Akiko seemed a bit friendlier and Kat was looking to have fun, even if she still wanted to be serious.

"Alrighty!" Akiko replied eagerly, following Kat towards the ring.

The other two girls trailed slightly behind, obviously wanting to watch the spar up close. A bit disappointed she wouldn't get to fight, Yukiko had a slightly pouty look on her face. "I'll just referee I guess. Don't worry I'll try to be fair."

"And I'll be Akiko-sama's cheerleader!" Maddie chimed in, but was completely ignored.
