Mariko couldn't help but chuckle a bit at seeing the flustered look Shinobu wore as she glanced over at him. Even if it was just to demonstrate a bit of wrestling technique, she imagined the sight of the two attractive women piled on top of each other like this must've been a pleasing one to him, even if he tried to hide it.

"I'm sure you'll get the hang of it with some practice, Shinobu-kun." Mariko said as Cassie got off of her and sat up, before pulling herself to sit in the same position. "Seems like you're in pretty good hands with this pretty lady here."

There was a somewhat teasing tone to Mariko's voice as she spoke, but she meant what she said. Just from hearing her talk, it was clear Cassie knew exactly what she was doing. Although, how well Shinobu would absorb what she had to teach still remained to be seen.

Hearing Cassie's question, Mariko gave a small nod. "A little. I trained with a private instructor for a year or two before coming here. Not an extremely long time, but I'm a pretty quick learner." There was definitely room for improvement, but what Mariko had learned in that time had served her quite well thus far in her matches.

Shinobu blinked at Cassie's explanation. Now she was starting to get into the nuts and bolts and it was a little confusing for the actor. He smiled and tried to understand but he hoped he could retain.

Mariko's giggling wasn't helping and it had made the obvious position tht he was trying to avoid overtly staring at, even more obvious. Thankfully, they broke and Shinobu looked at Mariko and smiled.

"Yes, Cassie-chan is amazing." He said and looked back to Cassie with a bright smile and flushed cheeks. "If only fighting was as easy as acting." ran his fingers through his blonde locks and brushed them out of his face. "If the goal was to make a fight look as dramatic as possible and not actually fight, then I would definitely be a champion!" He mused.

"Oh, that's good," Cassie nodded. "It's good that you have something. A lot of the people here just try to get by like... brawling. Being big and strong and rough."

She turned to Shinobu again. "But that's a good thing! The average AFW girl isn't very skilled, so it won't even take you that long to become competitive. You'll be beating Tension girls left and right in no time!"

Did Mariko not hear her right, or did Cassie just imply that Mariko was “average” and “unskilled”? Cute. Very cute. But, Mariko wasn’t one to let things like that get under her skin. At least, not noticeably. She just chuckled and kept on smiling.

Glancing over at the clock, Mariko then stood up and stretched her arms over her head for a moment. “Well, it’s been fun, but I better get going.” she said, moving over by Shinobu where her boots were, and stepping back into them. “It’s been nice meeting you both. Especially you, handsome.” she said, flashing Shinobu a playful smile.

“I do hope we get a chance to square off in the ring. I’ll be interested in seeing how well your training pays off, but I’m sure you’re in perfectly capable hands.” Mariko then blew the blonde a kiss, and proceeded to take her leave, waving a hand back to the couple as she went. “See you soon.” she said as she walked out the door, as if she were rather confident it would happen.

Shinobu was surprised at Cassie's words. If he hadn't known better, he would have thought that Cassie laid down some very sub tle smacktalk. However, she knew she was a confident girl, especially when it came to her fighting skills and Mariko didn't seem to bat an eye. Maybe he just heard wrong.

Shinobu blushed deeply as Mariko parted ways and said her goodbyes in her rather charming way. He bowed respecfuly and watched her leave. "Ja ne, Ishii-san!" He called out and then turned back to Cassie, a faint red hue still on his face.

"That was... um... interesting..." He said and tried to focus on Cassie. "Cassie-chan." He said, stepping forward to grab one of her hands in his. "I'm still eager to learn more. From you." He said, looking into her eyes with a bright smile on his face.
