Hard Velocity Vs. KamiKaze

Taylor stumbled back a step from Heather's shove. She suddenly became aware of the ref and her perilously high count, and she quickly rolled back into the ring. Before she even bothered to get up all the way, she kicked at Heather's stomach as she was climbing up to the ropes to try to knock her back down to the floor. She was sure it'd hurt, it'd give her options for what to do next, but she couldn't deny that giving Heather the little setback would also give her more time to recover.

As Heather fought to climb back into the ring, she would widen her eyes as Taylor rolled in before her, aiming a kick to her stomach. She would click her teeth, pushing herself off the ropes to avoid the kick as she would land on the mats on the outside, stumbling back a bit because of the still dazed feeling she had from her head getting slammed.

Realizing that doing so was still subjecting herself to the referee's 10 count, she would quickly slide into the ring afterwards. The time she took gave Taylor a few seconds to regain herself, but as soon as she got into the ring, Heather would quickly get up onto her feet. "Kh..you bitch..you're done." Heather would let out, though she would step back a bit to shake her head, breathing out a sigh that she had just avoided being counted out.

Taylor moved to the middle of the ring and stretched her arms way up over her head, bending from side to side and wincing from the pain in her ribs. She kept her eyes on Heather and let her get back in. She had no interest in trying to win by count out, and she figured that she'd let Heather in fair and square.

She began to pace around the ring, in a broad arc around Heather, and she gave Akashi a look as she passed by that told her that she had no intention of tagging out regardless of how hurt she was. Not until Heather did. Akashi would probably be upset about it, but Akashi of all people would understand. She couldn't back down now.

Facing Heather again, she bent her knees and got low, her back still stiff from the boston crab. She held her hands up as she cautiously approached her opponent, stepping toward her until she was just out of range, and then darting in and throwing a fast roundhouse kick, her shin aimed for Heather's thigh just above the knee, before leaping back out of range again.

Akashi watched the scene with a varying range of emotions that mostly shifted between concern and annoyance. Heather and Taylor had been beating the crap out of each other for a while now with only a brief interlude of of Cecilia and Akashi tangling. Akashi had mostly rested up and was just spectating at this point and feeling pretty antsy.

She was about to yell at Taylor when she saw her flash a look. She then tilted her head and smiled. She ran her fingers through her hair.

"Yeah yeah." She said waving Taylor off. "Cecelia-san and I can have a solo match sometime and you can come stand in a corner and watch Just... Finish the job or don't bother crawling back to this corner, Imouto-chan." She said teasing the girl.

Heather would brace herself as she watched Taylor begin pacing around the ring, creating the arc that she was. She would watch her little exchange with her partner, causing Heather to glance over at Cecilia for a second before looking back at Taylor. She felt bad that she and Taylor had taken up quite a bit of the match, but there was no way in her mind that she'd switch out of this as long as she had Taylor in the ring, not after how much she had gotten her earlier.

As the girl darted towards her though, Heather would attempt to ready herself before she would see Taylor throw that roundhouse kick. Heather would take the kick in her thigh, causing her to clench her teeth a bit as the force sent quite the stinging pain through her leg. She would use that however by attempting to grab Taylor's leg before she leaped away and using the pain of the hit to let her legs cave so she could bring Taylor down onto the mat with her, trying to angle it so she would fall onto her with her shoulder and arm ramming into her. Only of course if she could keep the grip on the girl.

Taylor hopped on one foot for a moment until Heather dragged her legs out from under her and she fell on her butt. She growled.

"Let go, you dyke!" She shouted, frustrated, and tried to yank her foot away before spreading her other leg way out to one side, and then turning her hips over and kicking across to swat Heather across the face with her sneaker.

"Wh..What did you just call me!?" Heather would let out, gritting her teeth at the words Taylor spat out before she would feel Taylor's kick collide with the side of her cheek. It would send her for a momentary daze as she would let go of Taylor, falling to her side as she would rub at her cheek, fighting to pick herself up.

"Shit..." Heather would let out, frustrated at the fact she let the girl get to her again, falling victim to another of her attacks.

Taylor rolled onto her stomach with the momentum of the kick and pushed herself up. Getting to her feet would cost her precious seconds, especially given the pain in her back, so she got to a kneeling position before going after Heather, trying as always to press the attack before her opponent could fully recover.

She lunged at Heather, staying low, and threw her body into a hard left hook at Heather's midsection and into her liver. Taylor was no stranger to a liver shot and knew how much they sucked, and she was out to make Heather pay for every second she chose to spend in the ring with her.

As Heather quickly tried to fight to get to her feet, she wasn't expecting a follow up attack to come from Taylor in such a quick fashion that she was about to fall victim to. She would suddenly feel the girl send a hard shot into her midsection, causing her to let out a loud groan, clenching her eyes and teeth shut tight as she held the area of impact.

Falling to one knee, she would continue trying to tend to the area, feeling quite surprised at how badly the shot was hurting, left vulnerable on one knee.

Taylor saw her opening, and gave her a fresh surge of energy. She pushed through the pain in her back and shoved off the mat with both hands to stand up, planted one foot on Heather's bent knee and threw her other knee up at Heather's face with everything she had.

She hadn't given any thought to her landing, though, and she slapped against the mat on her back. She clenched her fists and arched her back in pain, and began working her way back up to her feet.
