Emily Clarkson vs Maricarmen Juarez

That morning, Emily had stepped on the scale to see if her new attempts at weight lifting were paying off. She was hoping for a gain of a few pounds of muscle, maybe three or four, but it was probably just a pound or two. She tried not to get her hopes up.

The scale showed instead that she had lost a pound. She scowled down at the number for a moment before moving quietly back to her room, slamming the door, and cocooning herself in front of her computer.

Now, it was time for yet another match, and it was utterly hopeless. She didn't know what blithering idiot was in charge of booking matches, or why she seemed to have one every single week when there were wrestlers much better than her who didn't see half as much action. She was quite possibly the worst wrestler in Friction. Maybe that was her claim to fame. Her horrible, cripplingly depressing claim to fame...

Her song began to play in the arena, and she was truly starting to loathe it. Radiohead at all was just...

There was her cue. She walked out onto the ramp without any flourish or flair, and without even her black hoodie. In fact, she had forgotten it at the ring after her last crushing defeat, and now it was gone forever. She wore her shiny red sports bra and shorts with her black wrestling boots, her flame red hair falling loosely over her shoulders. She tried not to look at the crowd, and only got to the ring, climbed the steps, and slipped through the ropes. She didn't even look up to see her opponent arrive.

Maricarmen stretched out backstage as she waited for her entrance music to play. Her last match went terribly and she had watched the tape over and over. Now that she had another match, she was feeling quite confident. She didn't know who the girl was, but apparently her record was close to hers.

'Good. I really need to show off so I can get a better look. A better feel.' She thought as her music started to play.

She ran out from the entrance ramp with a smile on her face, waving to the crowd, showing off her pearly whites with a great big smile. She hopped onto the aproan and then hopped over the top rope and landed into a roll. She hopped up and nodded. She was dressed in a brown sleeveless top and black pleated skirt that flittered as she moved, showing a peek of her black boyshorts underneath. Black wrestling boots finished off the outfit.

Maricarmen then slipped to her corner and began stretching. She peeked over at Emily and raised an eyebrow. She looked like a match wearing wrestling shorts. Though Maricarmen didn't want to judge the girl by her appearance so she remained silent other than the polite, "Good luck" She muttered when their eyes met.

Once she was done stretching she took a few steps forward and waited for the bell, crouching with anticipation.

Inevitably, Emily had to look. She lifted her eyes to the entrance ramp and gulped at what she saw. Her opponent was confident and smiling and dynamic and athletic, bounding to the ring and jumping and she was going to absolutely murder Emily and everyone would have to watch it happen.

She drew a long, shaky breath. The caramel-skinned wrestler in front of her was a perfect opposite. Emily, by contrast, was emotionless and inert and pale and skinny. She stood still with her arms at her sides, and really felt as though she should do something so as to not look totally lost. She attempted a half-hearted stretch, like Maricarmen's.

"Thank you," she almost whispered back. Luck would mean being able to leave the ring under her own power. The bell rang, and she truly hoped she was lucky.

Maricarmen bolted out from the corner as soon as she heard the sound of the bell. She was eager to prove herself and she didn't waste any time circling or pattering about. She rushed at the red head, looking to emphatically lock up with Emily and drive her towards the ropes.

Emily tried to compose her thoughts. There was no turning back now, and this time she had to at least put up a fight before her inevitable failure, so she needed to figure out what-

"AIEE!" She shrieked as Maricarmen rocketed toward her. She flinched and put her hands up in front of her before they collided, and Maricarmen crashed into her with so much momentum that Emily lost her balance. She was knocked backward and fell on her butt, but quickly got up before she was plowed back into the ropes, connected to Maricarmen with their arms intertwined.

They were in close, which meant wrestling. She was GOOD at wrestling, at least in the gym. She could chain wrestle and counter wrestle, but not with the Mexican girl pressed against her she couldn't think of a single thing to do.

Maricamen huffed as their bodies compressed together once the ropes stopped their backwards momentum. That had been so awkward. it was like she was trying to lock up with someone who didn't even know the first thing about wrestling!

"What was that?" Maricarmen muttered into Emily's ear as she forced her hand around to Emily's back and turned her body to shoot the red head off the ropes they were against and off to the other side of the ring.

"Wh-what?"

Emily realized that her sweet, innocent opponent was trash talking her, and she didn't appreciate it, but she had no time to do anything about it.

She let out a high squeak as she was slung off to the opposite side of the ring, turning to rebound off the ropes when she got there. At least she could do that right.

But then she was careening back toward Maricarmen, and she didn't have a plan but she knew she was in terrible danger!

Maricarmen rolled her shoulders back as she sent Emily off. She watched the red head shoot off towards the other side of the ring and when the moment was right, she bent her knees and ran at Emily. When she was close, she left her feet and twisted her body to catch Emily with her feet and let both of their momentum swing them into a position where Maricarmen was flinging Emily off her feet in a rather perfectly executed hurricanrana. If she did say so herself.

"AIEEE!"

Emily went head over heels and flopped gracelessly onto the mat. She bounced up and rolled once before scrambling back to her feet and backing her way into the corner. Because that worked so well for her last time.

Maricarmen hopped ups effortlessly to her feet after completing the hurricanrana. The crowd seemed to like it too and she smiled as she watched Emily retreating.

"It said we had about the same amount of matches, but you're really green." Maricarmen stated, her accent coming out a bit. Maricarmen was just surprised and telling the truth. She would have been disappointed but she needed the win. She needed to show her skills. Emily certainly seemed perfect for that.

Maricarmen rushed at Emily again and this time did a cartwheel, turning after she planted to drive her Latina booty into Emily's stomach.
