Chlorine Vs. Lapin Yun - Double Debut!

Once Chlorine stepped through the gate, she looked around to find that the place her first match would take place in was some kind of arena, floating out in space. The stars were all around them and the arena was packed, but atmospheric controls kept the hovering space venue looking rather futuristic. Chlorine didn't care about any of that.

"Tch. Of course they put us on some stupid floating rock!" She said and tugged on her skirt. She was dressed in a sailor's outfit but it seemed to be a little too short, showing off her butt. "They couldn't even cut a spot for my tail!? Sheeesh!" The troll waited for her music.

She hopped into the ring and looked around at the cheering crowd. "Tch. It's not like I'm here to impress you!" She declared and crossed her arms underneath her chest.

Upon reaching the arena with which her first match would take place Lapin almost began to tremble, she was already filled with an unpleasant amount of anxiety when she found out it was time for her debut match, and the fact that it would take place in an arena which was situated in the depths of space did nothing to help her calm down.

"Everything's going to be fine, you just need to have a little bit of self confidence." She rambled to herself quietly in a desperate attempt to silence her nervousness. "Is this too tight? No its fine isn't it?" She asked herself whilst inspecting her attire, which was a rather cowgirl styled leather costume.

Suddenly her stressing was stopped as gentle classical music began to echo throughout the arena, "Why does that sound so familiar?" She mumbled, only having to think for a second or two when the reason hit her like a brick wall, "Wait that's my introduction music!" she yelled in shock, instantly sprinting down to the ring straight afterwards, quite embarrassed that she had missed her queue.

"Sorry about that!" She quickly exclaimed whilst nimbly sliding into the ring, placing her hat onto the closest turnbuckle before turning to assess her opponent.

Thought she was short for a troll, Chlorine she towered over her lagomorphic opponent. Chlorine stepped forward and looked over Lapin.

"Tch. I have to fight you? As if!" The troll turned her head and lifted up her nose. She crossed her arms under her chest while she waited for the bell to ring.

Once it did, she hopped forward and bent over. Her tail lazily swished behind her while she sized up Lapin. Chlorine wasn't a wrestler, but there was a long tradition of aggression and fighting coursing through her troll blood.

When she felt comfortable, she lunged at Lapin, trying to grab hold of the bunny girl. "Haaaaa!"

Whilst Chlorine advanced by stepping forwards Lapin did the opposite and quickly stepped backwards, a nervous grin making its way onto her face as she felt rather intimidated by Chlorine's size as well as her overall appearance.  

"Nice to meet you too.." She mumbled to herself quietly after Chlorine had expressed her displeasure, trying her best to think positive and build up her confidence whilst she waited patiently for the match to begin.

After the bell had rang Lapin instantly retreated back a little further, intent on allowing Chlorine to make the first move. One of her ears twitch anxiously whilst her fur began to bristle, her senses had gone to full alert and she was fully prepared to move at the drop of a pin.

Anticipating Chlorine's lunge she swiftly dodged to the left hand side, attempting to land a few blows to Chlorine's ribs before preparing to dodge ones more, if she was successful in doing this she would try to repeat the process as many times as she could get away with, a nimble dodge followed up by a couple blows.

Chlorine's lunge missed its mark and she stumbled as Lapin darted away. "Grr..." She said and turned to face the speedy lagomorph just as she hit Choline with a few quick shots which staggered the troll. She swiped her palm at Lapin but only connected with air again.

"Stand still!"

Chlorine spat Lapin seemed to be tapping her with punches before the troll could even begin to fire off a return attack.

So far Lapin couldn't have asked for this match to go any better, she was landing hits from left to right whilst staying light on her feet and avoiding any attacks which Chlorine threw at her, in turn causing the crowd to explode with applause.

However as well as things were going she knew that she was going to have to hit Chlorine with something more impacting or she would just end up tiring herself out, which would quickly swing the odds and make her a sitting duck.

Taking in a deep breath Lapin sprinted straight for Chlorine, jumping into the air as drew closer, intent on striking Chlorine right in the face. Although it seemed like a good plan, perhaps staying near Chlorine for a prolonged period of time would prove to be much less fruitful than expected.

Chlorine was feeling a bit discombobulated by Lapin's tactics so when the bunny girl lunged at her directly, she had almost started to out think herself. Somehow she thought that Lapin might change directions at the last second, but when the fist blasted her nose and sent her flying to the ground, only then did she realize that the girl probably couldn't do the things she did on the ground while flying through the air.

"Guaaah!"

Chloring hit with a thud and rolled to her hands and knees. She clutched her nose but some blood dripped through her hand. She pulled her hand off and flecked the dark purple substance off of her, turning and snarling at Lapin to show off her slightly bent nose.

"H-How DARE you! P-Punching my FACE!?" Chlorine barked at lapin as she tried to scramble to her feet. However, even before she could get to her feet, the blood had already stopped dripping and her nose was no longer crooked.

Ones she felt her fist connect Lapin threw all of her weight backwards which allowed her to regain some necessary distance. Carefully landing further away from Chlorine, Lapin crouched down on one knee for a few seconds to take in some air, silently revelling in the fact that she had just managed to knock Chlorine down.

Yet as soon as she noticed the blood her face quickly switched from proud to horrified, "I-Im sorry! I-I didn't mean for that to happen!" she exclaimed with an odd amount of worry and sincerity, reaching out a singular arm in an attempt to emphasise her apology.

As Chlorine began barking angrily at her ones again her ears fell to the sides of her head whilst she backed off even further, almost reaching the ropes in fear as she noticed the nose had somehow already healed.  

Swallowing all of her courage Lapin charged at Chlorine ones again with plans of repeating her previous hit and run strategy, hoping that it would have the same success rate.

As Chlorine panted, her modest chest heaved up and down. While Lapin retreated, she was able to stand up perfectly without harassment. However, as she listened to Lapin's apology, she seemed to only become more enraged. Her cheeks flushed in a contrasting red to her dull, green-grayish skin.

"Tch! W-What are you apologizing for!? it's a match, idiot!"

Chlorine shook her head indignantly as Lapin came at her with her quick speed. This time as she approached, instead of throwing a fist, she swiveled her hips and lashed her club-like tail at the incoming lagomorph, hoping that its reach and heaviness could clip Lapin before she could retreat.

Due to Chlorine being less than amused at her apology Lapin tried apologising for her previous apology out of bad habits whilst still making her swift approach, "Im sorry for upsetting you!" She yelled out with the same amount of utmost sincerity, remaining kind no matter how Chlorine reacted.

Preparing to dodge more fist based attacks Lapin was almost completely unprepared when she was instead met with the large dangerous tail of her opponent. Unable to slow down in nearly enough time she ended up running straight into the tail attack, in turn causing her to get flung back a substantial distance with a violent grunt as the air unwilling left her lungs.

Landing on the canvas with an almighty crash Lapin quickly wrapped an arm around her chest, forced into an unwanted coughing fit as the audience collectively gasped in both shock and horror.
