I love the look on Thor's face when Captain America tries to pull it. You can tell he thought Cap might lift the hammer. He almost looked disappointed.
I'm calling it. Before the movie is over Cap will use the hammer to pull a victory out of their ass. I know foreshadowing for later events in a movie when I see it, and with a busted shield, well, what else would he throw?

Pretty sure it's the other way around. There was a period were Cap fell out with the government, and he went around just calling himself 'The Captain'. That's why his shield is blank.
I think USAgent's costume is borrowed from Cap's 'the Captain' outfit. But that's Steve.
