Well... Id on't really know WHERE to put an NPC... are they a friction or Tension ref?

Since I am new here only Tatsuki is active, I may have Justice Asuka but she isn't finished yet, but also since this is my first Forum RP experience I want Tatsuki to have 3 matches in a row and a few backstage and/or gym shenanigans before I start multitasking so I can have a good starting timeline.
