Oh, I found all those. I'm more curious about the Combat Information in the document I downloaded from the Bio Details thread (the one with ranks for strikes, grapples, etc). Was there some sort of method of measurement for the ranks? Or is that particular document not really necessary, and should I use the other one provided in the Rules & FAQs thread?

It's really up to you. Different people use different forms for their profile.

Some people here like to go into an absolute insane amount of detail, so! It's up to you.

go ahead and fill those in anyway you like, but honestly the bio template in the FAQ is the better choice, especially for your first character

Also, it's a good idea to make a friction character first and then a tension character as you will be more likely to get matches in Friction.

Hm, alright. I'm not so familiar with playing as a female character, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I think I know just the base for one as well, at least pic-wise. I'm actually working on a Tension character at the moment, but at least I can use the modifications I'm doing to the bio template as a base for the Friction character after I'm finished.

well, you probably won't get turned away if you make a Tension character. But it's just easier to get Friction matches is all. If you have some patients then you'll be fine either way ^ ^

Sounds good to me. It couldn't hurt to at least start work on a Friction character then.

Hi newbie! The 'ranks' or whatever are meaningless, they're just to give someone an idea of the physical-y attributes of the character. As for fight info, I suppose being that the site is based off the idea of anime pro wrestling that some knowledge of pro wrestling is pretty helpful, but certainly not a requirement. Still, for matches, just don't have an ego and you'll be everyone's favorite sparring partner!

Welcome aboard! Make a good character and getting started breaking it in and developing it and whatnot.
