Nikolette Tessla Vs. Cristina Amarillo

The crunchy guitars of Calculating Infinite sounded the arrival of Nikolette as she burst out of the entrance way and waved tot he crowd. She received cheers from the audience as her last match had been one to remember. Not only was the competition fierce but afterwards there had even been a little bonus. She slapped some hands as she made her way to the ring, really pumped up for the fight tonight.

She wore her normal outfit. Heavy brown overalls over a white shirt with her aviator hat and goggles, thick leather boots and brown fingerless gloves. This time the Ref immediately checked her back pocket and gave her an encouraging pat on the shoulder and thanked her for not brining her wrench out tot he ring this time. Nikolette blushed and apologized and went to her corner, bouncing on her heels as she awaited her opponent.

Calculating Infinite wound down, and was replaced by the funky vocals of Kill the Rock. Cris emerged at the top of the stage, looking around and seeing the crowd cheering for her, grinning like a fool. The Latina wrestler wore another black leotard, that would never have been called modest, showing off every curve she had in a most flattering way and being practical, out of the way of all her limbs

Cris lost little time getting to the ring, smiling at the crowd and trying to psyche herself up. Now she really knew what it was going to be like to wrestle, but it would probably hurt a lot more in this match, for her opponent favored her fists. Maybe she should switch up her style to compensate? Either way, she stepped through the ropes with poise, earning some appreciative whistles, and stepped forward. The referee didn't feel the need to do more than give her a quick look over, having had no reason to doubt her fairness yet.

"'lo," She spoke up, approaching her opponent in the middle and extending her hand. "Cris Amarillo." She looked the energetic girl in the eyes, her own revealing both determination and a good amount of curiosity.

Nikolette watched Cristina enter and her eyes widened. "Geeze i didn't know this was some kinda sexy competition." She muttered to herself at the girls sleek figure a feint blush coming over her cheeks. Her outfit was the opposite. Bulky and heavy, keeping her own rather curvy figure hidden away. As Cristina approached, she took off her goggles and hat and tossed them aside. She marched tot he center of the ring and grabbed the extended hand and gave it a good firm shake. "heya!" She said cheerfully. "I'm Nikolette Tessla." Her tone was frindly.


She have the woman another looking over. "Geze o man," she said. "Lookin pretty good!" She complimented the girl. "Hope yer in fer a good ol fashioned donnybrook though. I ain't gonna hold back!" She gave Cristina a toothy grin as she went back to her corner and awaited the bell.

"Heh, I figured this was the regular attire out here..." She shrugged to hide her blush, and brushed a bang out of her face, stepping back. "I'll do my best, too, and we'll just have to see who wins. You better be ready, though..." She cracked her knuckles a bit. "I've got.. many talents, not just amazing beauty."

A moment later, the bell sounded and she moved forward, taking a very aggressive posture and going in for a tackle to take her opponent to the floor.

Nikolette grinned at Cristina's words and clenched ehr fists as the bell rang. She ran forward as well, looking to lock up but was surprised when she was tackled head on. She landed with a loud 'oof!' more surprised than anything. She made sure to keep her arms moving though. On the ground she woudl be fine as long as she wasn't pinned.

Cris kept the initiative, riding her opponent down and going for an armbar, seeking to get one of her arms in a state that wasn't very useful for throwing hard strikes. The hold would put her legs around Tessla's left arm, and involved her pulling up and twisting, applying at least two kinds of decidedly negative pressure. "Feel free to tap at any point," She added as she went for the hold, "I won't hold it against you."

'Creo, so far things have been going fairly well...' She winced to herself even as she thought that, knowing that could only be a bad omen.

Nikolette was trying hard to keep her hands away but with Cristina's leg movements she got herself caught in an arm bar. She eyleped as she was wrenched and pounded the ground. When she heard Cristina's offer she smiled through the pain. "C'mon! Already?! I ain't given up after one move!. Besides, that armbar ain't nothin compared to the one I had on me last match. You got no clue where to dig those heels." She tried to reach over to Cristina's leg and with her index and thumb fingers, she would try and dig her fingers into the other girl's nervs rigth at the back of the knee, hopefully releazsing her.

Cris smirked as her armbar was applied, doing her best to destroy Nikolette's arm, but she didn't have very long to do it, as it turned out. "Well," She sighed, "I suppose I had to try anyway; all that psychological stuff about-"

She didn't expect this counter, and as soon as she felt an astonishing amount of pain shoot up her thigh, she released the armbar, roaring in pain as she tried to roll away and see if any damage had been done. The crowd could tell from this alone that Cris was very inexperienced, and shared a collective wince at her expense.

"Ow," She remarked simply, making sure her leg would support the weight through reflex before getting back to her feet and taking a low stance. This, incidentally, gave Tessla a nice fat opening to go for something.

Nikolette rolled away and rubbed her tender arm. She was determined to go this match with her arm intact. She knew she had to act but while her arm was recovering she would have to improvise. She got to a crouching position and charged at Cristina, hoping to shoulder block the girl and knock her back down.

Cris was a pretty solid girl, relatively speaking, but she went down hard from Tessla's shoulder, hitting the ground with an 'oomph'. Great, now the entire front of her body stung like hell. She flailed for a moment in panic, trying to grab Tessla's leg and force her to the ground as well to get some kind of leg lock going and immobilize her foe. This wasn't very skillfully done, though, mostly a move of desperation to force the other girl to defend rather than go for her own attack.
