-is finally able to add Kelsea on Trillan after searching for a name x.x -

Now, when I came to this site, and a little bit before when I did my year-long stalking, there were 4 mods and Kelsea.

I feel that responsibilities should be split well around. Even a suggestion as slightly drastic as responsibilities split by brand.

Someone to take care of bio approval overall.
Someone to watch over Tension and helping along its PPV's with user input and suggestion.
Someone to watch over Friction and helping along its PPV'S with user input and suggestion.

Add maybe someone to help and fill in at times when applicable and that makes for 3-6 mods and Kelsea.

Addendum: I may not realize there are more responsibilities...If there are, please tell me. Also, I dont like the idea of an all Senior Staff.

I gotta admit I'm kinda agreeing with Indigo on this one. Granted folks can be super active in both leagues but still having someone in each handling the big events for tension and someone for Friction divides the workload I think.

Okay, I'd say I suggest a mod for Friction, a mod for Tension, a general mod and a mod for character approvals. Then we also have Kelsea.

Well of course. Both you and I are easy examples. Im confident that if someone chosen they are most likely also active in both. They may be able to still be active and keep up their new job.

I mean, I'd hope so.

Well lets just hope that once Kelsea makes his decisions, people don't throw a shit fit about it and demand that they, or someone they prefer, gets the job instead.

Kelsea could make the perfect decision and there'd still be complaints by people that it wasn't them. I think a good cross between the senior-veterans and generally active and reliable 3-4 year plus+ vets might be the best bet, so that it's new reliable ideas guided by firm hands.

Its not that I have anything against an all Senior Staff. But that doesn't really work irl. You need to mix it up a bit
