I just worry about our future as a whole. If something goes wrong and more people claim to leave then tjats less people for me, and all of us, get a chance to rp with in our...Medium-sized community

I wouldn't say we're medium sized. We're honestly kind of big. Not HUGE, but we have a ton of active members.

It's just that a lot of them don't post much in Discussion or the chat, or only RP with a few select people, so they tend to fly under the radar.

We're a lot bigger than you'd think.

Really hope more people don't leave.

I mean, if you have to leave for your own reasons, then that's fine, you gotta do what you gotta do.


But if you think you HAVE to leave the board because of THIS situation, then
you have a point of view and a though process that is different from my own, because you are a different person than I am.

Yeah, Alex is right about this. Our total number of registered users is small, but the percentage who are active on the board is very high. When I ran a Pokemon forum a few years ago, during the height of our popularity we would have around 10,000 registered users, but at most there were twenty really active users. AFW easily doubles that active count.

It honestly doesn't surprise me, because AFW doesn't really have any competition in its roleplaying niche.

My radar spins towards this site, school, food and cats.

And I havent posted in chat since the older site. That chat was better to me.

But you're right. I dont see it a lot. Plus I was absent for a while, and someone new joins almost once a day it seems c:

Other wrestling RP sites exist. I've seen them. I've been on them.

They never last. EVER. I don't know what it is, but wrestling themed RP sites never, ever work out. AFW is a weird anomaly.

I have to say, maybe this is one of those blessing in disguise sort of things. I mean, it encourages us to step up, maybe do more on the site. I know that the shake up makes me want to try to get more matches in, to sort of help fill in the gap of characters and stories that losing Tat and Blue left. As one of the 'only RP with a select group' sort of people, this also makes me want to overcome that habit and reach out and try RP'ing with others, again to sort of fill in the void.

Nah. You're totally right there.

Tat was tied up with EVERYONE. His leaving has left a huge, HUGE hole in things. A lot of people are going to be looking for replacements and people to fill gaps in their stories and to start new things, now that he's left. I think we all need to reach past our comfort zones a little and try new things with new people.

Maybe someone should start a new thread for that purpose...
