Elimination Chamber: Neske Alapo Vs. Gabbie Desjardin Vs. Etzlicoatl Vs. Serina Kashibara Vs. Akiha Kosha Vs. Belinda Northman

Grunting and growling, Serina was slowly breaking free when Etzli instead released the hold early. "Tch...." Nursing her ankle for a moment, the dirty blonde started to get back up, but then quickly noticed the tiny Mexican not in her line of sight. Knowing better than to let that stand, she spun around just in time to see Etzlicoatl springing towards her.

Quickly diving out of the way, Serina would roll up onto her feet, before spinning around and trying to put a boot to the luchadora before she could get back up.

Spinning around as she was, it was possible Serina entirely missed what happened next, but if she had, her first hint that her counter had worked was that her boot definitely met with something solid in midair. The second was the "uwaaaaaaahhhhh!" of pained sorrow from the space generally in front of her.

The third was Etzlicoatl hitting the mat hard enough to roll backwards and flop as if she'd been shot, clutching at her chest (which had just been unceremoniously kicked). It'd been a dead-on strike, all things considered, and she seemed like she'd been stopped in her tracks by it. It was hard to tell when the Nahuatl girl was legitimately at a disadvantage and when she was, uh, overdoing it, but at least in this case it looked pretty genuine.

Still favoring her leg a bit, Serina made her way over to the fallen luchadora. Even as it looked a bit as though Etzli was overreacting, that didn't really stop the enraged dirty blonde as she rose that hurting foot, making sure to balance on her good leg, and used it to stomp down hard on the Mexican's tiny chest.

"Not so chatty now, are you bitch!?"

It was really hard to come up with villainous monologues while a mudhole was being stomped in you.

Even as Serina stomped over with murderous intent, though, Etzli was trying to formulate a better plan. The other girl was a tiny bit wobbly on that leg - clearly the jointlock had been as nasty as intended - and perhaps she could attack it further. That'd give her an opportunity. Yes. All she needed to do was--

"Whumph!"

Ironically, the sound she made from the impact was not too different from the sound of Serina's boot slamming down on her. Etzli doubled up in pain, and the urgency of figuring out her strategy rose quite a bit. She'd already done plenty of scuffling with Neske so she wasn't exactly running on a full tank. It'd have to be a Clever Ruse™, so as to avoid unnecessarily exhausting herself.

And getting stomped again. She decided she'd like to avoid that.

The recoil of the stomp hurt Serina's ankle a bit, but it definitely did more damage to Etzli, making it worth it in the dirty blonde's demented mind. Not even pausing for a moment to rest, the ruthless brute bent over and grabbed Etzlicoatl my the hair and viciously yank the girl to her feet.

If she pulled that off, Serina would then pivot her body, while reaching over her shoulder to maintain her grip and put herself back-to-back with the luchadora.

"Time to scream, you piece of shit!" Serina roared as she bent over forwards, aiming to yank Etzli up by her hair and hold her up in midair, bent over her back.

This is fine. I'm okay with the situation that is unfolding currently.

Contrary to Etzlicoatl's inner narrative, things were not going well; the upper hand had been seized from her and now Serina was apparently quite intent on pulling out her braids. The Mexican yipped as she was dragged upright, one hand instinctively going to her scalp.

"Ow! Why the hair, man--I mean, you churl! You swine! Unhand me!"

The Gory Special with the hair was a clever idea, but it overlooked a critical fact: even by the standards of the lucha libre world, Etzlicoatl was Queen Twirl of Unnecessary Flip Mountain. She occasionally leapt over her car and dismounted into the driver's side like a gymnast in the mornings. If there was any opportunity of any kind to add unnecessary flips to a situation, like a sixth sense, she would detect it, and then she'd promptly add rotations.

It came as no surprise then, that as Serina yanked on her hair (OW. Seriously, why?!), Etzli simply went with the motion and flipped backwards over the other girl's shoulders, landing perfectly on her feet. One hand was comically gripping at her much-abused braid, but the other was totally free, and she immediately went for a DDT with it. The motions flowed together so well it seemed almost premeditated.

(It wasn't, of course. Etzli wasn't nearly the tactician she thought she was.)

Judging by the pull on her hands, Serina could tell her move was working, or at least until that resistance suddenly disappeared. "Wha-!" Before the dirty blonde could figure out what happened, Etzli had already grabbed her by the head and pulled her forward, slamming her skull into the mat.

Instantly letting go of the girl's hair, Serina flopped over onto her back, writhing and cursing loudly as she clutched at the top of her head with both hands. "GNnnnnhh...! Fucking....!"

The DDT was followed by a kip-up, because of course it was.

Less intuitively, the kip-up was followed by Etzli running the ropes, hopping over the downed Serina, and then running halfway up the side of Gabbie's pod - she managed, in a remarkable feat of athleticism, to make a face at the imprisoned savateur halfway up - and pushing off into an asai moonsault aimed at her hated adversary.

It was a very elaborate sequence and extremely impressive (made more so by the fact that she was loudly singing the melody to her theme music all the way through it), but with all the posing and theatrics it took perhaps a bit longer than absolutely necessary, and would not be particularly difficult to avoid through any number of means.

Quickly shaking off the hit, Serina could hear Etzli's annoying voice screeching nearby. Turning to her to see the luchadora running up the side of the pod containing that other blonde Serina didn't know/care about, before trying to do a flip off of it.

If this girl wanted acting, then Serina could definitely give that to her. Feigning her own pain for just a moment longer, the dirty blonde waited until the last possible minute to bring her knees up, leaving Etzlicoatl to belly flop right onto the dirty blonde's legs instead!

Gabbie had been alternating between standing stone faced and cross armed and bouncing back and forth on her heels. She was so agitated and anxious that she didn't know what to do with herself and felt like she was going to be out of energy just waiting for her stupid cage to open up when the svelte, talkative Mexican girl ran up her cage and...

Gabbie was pretty sure she made a lewd gesture but just fell back against her cage. The maturity level in the match so far had been in the negatives and reacting to it wasn't going to help matters. Aside from that, for all of Etzlicoatl's immaturity, she seemed to at least be the one most into the spirit of the competition unlike Serina who just seemed to want to hurt people and scream epithets.

She knew she couldn't turn her back on anyone, but Serina was the one to watch and hopfully the spunky Etzlicoatl could put her away before Gabbie had to worry about any of that.
