AV 15 Main Event: Taylor Parker (C) Vs. Brittany Luvve for the Friction World Title

Taylor didn't begin to stir until after Brittany was off of her, and even then she was disoriented. She couldn't see, but she heard the crowd booing loud and clear, and her dazed brain struggled to reconcile what must have just happened.

"Wha..." She propped herself up on her elbow and wiped at her eyes. "What..."

She could only see blurred glimpses of Brittany and the referee, but it was enough. "No..." She gasped. Her stomach was in a knot. She couldn't breathe.

"Mom?"

Junko couldn't believe it. Her mouth was agape as the bell rung along with the crowd, but she was quickly in the ring pulling Taylor to her. "I'm here, my daughter." She said, and hugged her close, trying her best to scrub away the glitter from Taylor's eyes as gently as possible with her sleeve.

After a moment, she looked up to see Brittany having her hand raised while Karisma slipped into the ring and preened. "Cheating thieves." She growled at the pair. "One Kelly down for another to take her place!"

Karisma pushed her palm forward and aimed it at the pair, blocking them from her vision and turning her head, yet addressing them nonetheless. "There is nothing deceptive about true beauty." She replied simply.

A million devastating thoughts swirled in her head, and a heavy, sick feeling turned her stomach. Taylor sat numbly on the mat and put her hands over her mouth.

Just like that, just like last time, she had won the title and achieved her dreams, only do immediately lose it again, and to Brittany Luvve of all people. All of Taylor's beliefs about herself, the confidence that sustained her day to day, were all shattered. She wasn't a fierce and fearless fighter. She wasn't an unstoppable force of nature. She wasn't an inspiration to anyone. She wasn't bad ass and she wasn't a natural born killer. She was a massive, incredible failure. She was a joke.

The agony of it was too much to bear, and she slowly collapsed onto her side and cried. There was no way they'd give her yet another match for the belt. Her title dreams were gone in a puff of glitter, and without those, her career was surely done as well. Making matters worse, her beloved mother-in-law, who had always believed in her, was right there to see it all happen. She wished she could cut out her own heart just to stop the pain.

"I'm sorry," she managed, in a small, tight voice.

Brittany couldn't help but smile as her hand was raised by the ref officially announced her win. "Do not be jealous of my beauty." Brittany would say as her voiced strained from the pain she was feeling. "I was destined to win." Brittany said before moving towards Karisma to use her for support as Brittany didn't know how much longer she could stay standing under her own power.

"Naturally."

Karisma said, bringing her hand up and touching Brittany's cheek. Her fingers then trailed to the belt and her amber eyes focused on the shining gold.

"Exquisite."

Junko grimaced as Taylor curled up. Her heart was breaking seeing her daughter in such a miserable state. "Don't apologize, my daughter. Come on..." She said, trying to urge Taylor up so she could leave the ring. "Let's go."

Taylor mutely shook her head and curled the fingers of one hand into the mat. She wanted to stay. The ring was her home, and she just wanted to feel the canvas beneath her and see the crowd...

When she lifted her head, she found that she couldn't bring herself to look out over the crowd. She wasn't a proud champion, the subject of all the fans' adulation, she was just another failure. Her cheeks turned as red as her eyes and she bowed her head. Once she caught sight of Brittany Luvve holding her belt, though, she saw that it was time.

"Okay..." She whispered, and crawled to the ropes to slip out of the ring and begin her walk out of the arena with her eyes firmly glued to the floor.

"Yes it is." Brittany said as she saw Karisma eyeing up her belt. "And it is mine. I have taken it away from those whose ugliness would only tarnish it." Brittany said as she looked at Taylor and Junko as they left the ring.

"Now that the ugly has been banished from our sight. Let the age of beauty begin." Brittany would say before using one of her hands to make Karimsa look at her so Brittany could kiss her on the lips.
