Tables Match: Ralph Acker v Haru Fujiwara

Now that Haru has made it back to his feet, the crowd was at the edge of their seats. Would the new guy be able to put Haru out just like that? Not today if he had anything to say about it.

Seeing that he wasn't going to pry those arms away anytime soon, Haru decided to change tactics. Ralph had a similar idea, jerking his body side to side to add more to the hold. But then to Haru's amazement suddenly the pressure was lessened and he regained a bit of breathing room. He wasn't sure what happened, but he wasn't gonna wait to find out.

With a burst of strength and speed, Haru launched himself backwards as fast as he feet would carry him across the ring. He slammed the two of them into one of the corner turnbuckles at full speed, hoping that at the moment of impact, Ralph's grip would be broken and that Haru could slip away.

Still being busy with getting more love from crowd, he didn't worry much about the fight since Haru's face was pretty red already.

But Ralph's eyes suddenly widen when both competitors starts moving backward. He stoped waving and put both arms around the neck, but it was too late. He starts squeezing his neck harder and harder, but Haru already gained some speed and even if he would manage to wear him down, they would still hit the turnbuckles.

Urgh... Ralph grunts when they hit corner turnbuckles. He's decided that he'll stay on Haru's back no matter what, but reallity is little different. It was the first time he felt the weight of Haru's body and impact was so strong that he released him right away, falling back down on his ass.

Being traped in corner was definitely bad and he starts looking right away how to escape it. Although Haru looked bit tired, he didn't want to risk crawling beside him. Instead he decide to roll out of the ring and move few steps backward. Catching a breath, he starts rubing his back with one hand.

The rush of fresh air that invaded Haru's lungs when Ralph fell away was well worth the struggle. But there was no time to stop and smell the roses, Haru was mad and he wanted payback. With his throat still burning for air he whipped around, reeling his fist back in preparation, but Ralph was nowhere to be found.

Instead Haru found him crawling away and slipping out of the ring. Haru laughed in surprise, throwing his arms up in disbelief for the crowd. "Running away already?" he boasted, his chest heaving up and down to recover from the previous deficiency. He knew that he hadn't done that much damage to him, certainly not anything that would have a lasting result, so it was better to push his luck now.

Haru pushed between the ropes and launched himself from the side of the ring, jumping at Ralph the same way he had earlier. The key difference this time was that Haru was aiming to knock Ralph down in a way that he hoped would do more damage to him than himself.

He heard few laughs from audience behind him. I was working hard so far to become fan favourite and everything is shattering now... he was talking to himself. He might look like a coward, but it was still his best option at that moment. Haru's gonna pay for mocking him and spectator laughs will soon turn into applause.

Just when Ralph look up toward the ring he already see Haru flying toward him. He's agile and fast enough that he should easily dodge the jump, but laughs behind him got into his head, causing him to freeze for a second. And because of that second it was too late to avoid now, so he instictive lifts his arms to protect his face. While Ralph managed to absorb damage with block, he still lost balance and fall down on his back. He looked at Haru and used his legs to push himself backwards, away from his opponent.

Haru collided with Ralph's arms midair and they both went tumbling to the hard ground surrounding the ring. Maybe jumping hadn't been the best decision, judging from the dull ache in his knees and arms, but it had gotten his adrenaline going and knocked Ralph down a peg, so he'd call it a wash.

As Haru started to get up Ralph was already backing off. Haru gave him no time to rest as he shot up to his feet and raced to get behind Ralph. He reached down, grabbing a good fistful of Ralph's hair and pulled him up halfway, only to get a good side headlock on him. Haru squeezed as tight as he could, crushing Ralph's head between his biceps and side.

Looking up towards the steps that lead to the ring, Haru had a devilish idea. He began to drag Ralph along, doing his best to pick up whatever speed he could with intent to deliver Ralph face-first into the steps. That is, unless Ralph found a way to do something about it first.

He was still backing off and when he got a little distance, he stood up. Ralph tried to lunch himself toward Haru with intention to kick him, but Haru was already beside him grabing his hair. He starts blindly swinging with his arms and manage to hit Haru once, however soon after impact he feels his head locked between Haru arm and body.

Gasping for air, Ralph try to resist. He stand still on ground, but Haru is too strong, so he just walk with him to save the energy. He looks up where they're headed and although he can see steel steps he's not sure they are part of Haru plan. The closer they get to steps, more confident he get that he's about to hit him in them.

He puts his arms infront of the face once again just before Haru slams his face to steel steps. He eases pain a little, but regardles he rolls down and falls down on floor again. He shakes his head and crawls toward the fence to get back on his feet.

The amount of satisfaction Haru got from hearing that loud CLANG when he delivered Ralph's head into the metallic steps was well, well worth the effort. Not quite as technical as a sleeper hold, but the end result was better in his opinion.

In fact, Haru was so pleased he began to show off for the crowd a bit, letting Ralph crawl away towards the edges. His power was just as much a match as Ralph's speed, so from this point it was really going to be a matter of who could wear the other down faster. No need to exhaust yourself completely with a pin, all you had to do to win was bust your opponent through that table.

But the table could wait, Haru wanted to inflict more damage first. He came after Ralph again, going after his legs this time. It was a bit of a gamble trying to grab a man's ankles, you were setting yourself up for a world of pain if the man was in the right position and could deliver a mean kick. But what was wrestling without risks? If Haru managed to get a good hold of Ralph's ankle, he was aiming to pull him away from the fence and to put him into an ankle lock.

Still being beside the fence, Ralph see a little kid on other side. He's not even 10 years old and is giving him lot encouraging. He looks at kid, smiles and give him a wink indicating him not to worry and everything will be alright.

He hears stomps from big guy approaching him, but Haru's taunts gave Ralph just enough time to catch a breath and plan next move. Turning head around, Ralph keeps an eye on Haru and smile covers his face after he sees that he goes down to his legs. He could just turn around and give him swift kick in head, but he was afraid that kick wouldn't deal enough damage and Haru may even grab his leg after.

So he decided to try a little stunt instead. It was bit riskier to perform, but it might turn the tables or at least even the field if he'll pull it off successfully. Just when Haru's about to grab his legs, he jumps and lunches himself in air. When he's up, Ralph spread his legs to avoid Haru and uses fence to push himself backward, landing behind Haru back. He waste no time now and attack Haru back with drop kick. Ralph falls down and slowly stumbles away, looking back what effect did dropkick have on Haru.

What happened as Haru bent down to grab an ankle was probably the last thing he expected. When his hands got close, Ralph suddenly popped right up and jumped completely over him like some sort of rabbit or kangaroo. And in the process of doing so, he delivered another dropkick to Haru's back, sending him rushing forward into the fence.

Luckily for Haru, he had enough sense and reflex to angle his head down and put his arms up, avoiding a face-first collision. What's more, he was able to get somewhat of a grip on it, preventing him from falling down completely. Still, the metallic rungs of the fence did not feel good as they bit into his arms and chest.

This only reinforced the idea that Haru needed to do something to slow Ralph down somehow. Haru dragged himself back up to his feet, glaring at Ralph as he brushed himself off. It definitely hurt, there was no denying that, but right now he felt like a bull seeing red and Ralph was his target.

"Dammit..." he say to himself after seeing that Haru's face didn't hit the fence. Always happy, Ralph keep smiling to Haru after he get back on feet and stare in him. He noticed how rage was gathering in big guy, so he crossed his eyes and show tongue to him. Why is your face so red Haru? If i saw right, you avoided hitting the fence with it?

Since he was standing beside ring, he jumped up and rolled back inside. He ran on the other side and jumped on the top turnbuckle. He crouch on it and watch Haru next move, waiting for his opportunity.
