It's happening to me too, but I've found that if you access the site, via your computer, using a proxy-site, it seems to work. Not sure why... but it does.
http://www.proxywebsite.org seems to work well.
Just a band-aid, but it's something to keep you from being forced to use your mobile device.

I can get on by turning my phone into a mobile hotspot, but it won't work with my home connection.
