Strategy: Morgan prefers a mix of strikes and slams, relying on crushing force to overwhelm her opponents' defences and wear them down. Her submissions and aerial moves are sub-par, which is why she tends to stay away from them and stick to stand-up fights or groundwork. She accepts any sort of victory, but prefers satisfying finishes to her matches. Additionally, she does not merely rely on one sort of approach, but adapts to her opponents and tries to force them into big spots that she can potentially counter. She is perfectly in her element when it comes to Hardcore matches, though. When times like those come, she takes to the violence like a duck to water.

Finishing Moves

Canadian Spear: (Spear with theatrics)

While she prefers to pull this out when her opponent is distracted, the more standard version has her retreat to a corner and drop down into a three-point stance before she goes and tackles her enemy to the floor. If it is a match that can be won by pinfall, she stands at attention, places one hand to her heart, and quietly sings O Canada while pinning her opponent with her foot.

Governor General's Foot Grind: (Running pushing stomp to the head, followed by heel grind)

This is a simple move. She simply waits for her opponent to be in a crouching or otherwise bent over position, before running over and stomping the enemy's head onto the floor. Afterwards, she grinds her heel into the back of the head while doing a military salute.

Jaw to Fist 2: (Right-hand knockout hook)

A self-described move. Getting into a boxing-like stance, she lashes out with her right hand with intent to knock somebody out. Highly telegraphed by necessity, as it'd look like a normal punch without the more obvious signs of preparation.

Rough Canadian Air Fall: (Bridging leg hook belly to back suplex)

Morgan grabs the opponent from behind, hooking one leg with one arm as the other arm reaches over the opposite shoulder to link her hands to form something like a seatbelt. From there, she arches back to suplex her opponent, dropping the enemy on their shoulders while she remains in a bridging position under her victim. Morgan can hold the post-drop position to pin her opponent, if she wants to.

Special Forces Takedown: (Running single leg high knee)

Another simple move. She runs across the ring and leaps, one leg bent as much as possible so that the knee makes contact with the enemy's face like an arrow hitting a target. Elegant and devastating, this is Morgan's favourite out of what she considers to be the 'small guns' in her arsenal.

Critical Finisher

Victoria Cross Driver: (Double underhook front flip piledriver)

Named after the highest military award in the Commonwealth, this move is not an easy one to complete. Placing the opponent's head between her thighs, Morgan traps her opponent's arms before doing a front flip over her victim's back to complete the piledriver and send the opponent crashing headfirst to the ground. If she holds on after the impact, Morgan could also make the piledriver into a pin attempt as well. Easily the most devastating of her moves, and something she saves for the really important matches.

Characteristics

Getting destroyed by Cecilia:

Personality: Morgan is a really nice girl, who places more emphasis on the spirit of competition rather than winning or losing. That said, she always tries her hardest, even if it's to put an opponent over. While she would like to turn face and hold one of the championship belts, she is also aware that her average mic skills and charisma are geared more towards getting the crowd to hate her. As such, she accepts the booing of the audience with amusement as she performs.

She is appreciative of the skills of others, and seeks to encourage people to live up to their dreams. While she isn't very social, she does go out to help others out. Morgan never seems stoic, rather just a person who is equally happy regardless of the presence of people around her.

When she gets into the ring, she slips into the role of Colonel Granite with ease. Subtly mocking and violent, the brutal Colonel can turn stereotypical Canadian traits into the mark of a truly vile heel. The soft spoken Granite is a villain who never passes up an opportunity to tear open wounds, no matter how indifferent she seems.

Past/History: Years ago, there was a wrestler called Maple Sugar. She was an embarrassing figure who insisted on using submissions and high-flying moves when she clearly sucked at them, and dumped maple syrup on people she faced. Surviving on the midcard as comedy relief, she stuck around until the company decided not to renew her contract after it expired.

Left jobless, Morgan was left despondent for a while as she struggled to remember why she had taken on this career in the first place. She loved wrestling, not for the rush of victory but for the satisfaction of the audience and herself. It was art to her, however volatile and imprecise it could be. That said, she had been bound to the wrong gimmick. Just what could she do if given the chance to shine for once?

And then she stumbled upon AFW. Despite the less savoury aspects of the promotion, she felt that it was a second chance at re-attaining the happiness she had. With her passion for the sport reignited, she headed to Japan, meticulously coming up with the details of her new image. Drawing upon her uncle's stories of his service in the Canadian Forces, she started forming a new persona that would encompass the skill and the fearsome reputation that the army possessed.

While she was never quite champion material due to her relative lack of charisma and skill at cutting promos, she was actually good at wrestling. Now that she's moved back to her roots as a powerhouse rather than a high-flier, she's bound to be much more effective than before. The question is, just how far can she get with such skilled competitors present in Friction's roster?

- Flapjacks are not her thing, whether it's the move or the food itself. Maybe this dislike is related to her past career....
- Morgan is left handed, but writes better with her right.
- She speaks with a rather noticeable Saskatchewan accent.
