Mako Adachi VS Suzumi Ishikawa: We're Gonna Need a Bigger Cage - Page 4 Empty Re: Mako Adachi VS Suzumi Ishikawa: We're Gonna Need a Bigger Cage

After pulling herself together, Mako had luckily managed to grab Suzumi by the foot before she could get too high. Her hand locked itself right below the ankle, but the shark was going to have to hold on tight as her opponent tried freeing herself by kicking and shaking her foot. But Mako would manage to hold on tight, bringing her other hand up to grab the Tsunami's boot above the ankle.

So with both hands holding on tight, the shark would put her foot on the steel cage between the middle and top ropes as her opponent held on for dear life. Then with a quick jump Mako would bring her other foot up so she could try kicking off of the cage full force and hopefully bring the Tsunami crashing down to the ring.

Suzumi felt a pull and between Mako's strength and gravity she tumbled down awkwardly to the mat, her landing echoing throughout the arena! Her cries of pain were heard over the thunderous noise as she laid on the mat rolling to her side.

Suzumi had just had the wind taken right out of her sails, her offensive ground to a halt by the fall from the cage! If she wanted to escape she had to do more... much more... to Mako to keep her down!

After propelling herself backwards, Mako ripped Suzumi right off the cage and the to would land down on the ring. However, while the shark landed on her back rather painlessly, the Tsunami landed much harder and awkwardly. It seemed her opponent was in a lot of pain as she cried loudly and rolled about. It looked like the Tsunami hand landed face first, but Mako wasn't sure from what she had seen in the fall.

So now that her opponent was on her side with the wind knocked out of her, Mako had quite the opportunity. The shark took her time as she got on her feet and tried grabbing Suzumi by the shoulders. Her opponent wasn't going to move for the moment so why would she waist the energy?

Then as soon as Suzumi was on her feet, the shark would try forcing her opponent against the ropes and cage wall before drilling a few hard knees into the Tsunami's stomach. Now while Mako wasn't in the best shape she could still deal out hits faster than her opponent. And if the shark could deal damage quick enough, then she'd be able to out last Suzumi. At least, that was the plan in Mako's mind.

Suzumi was still in a bit of a daze when she was pulled up and forced against the cage. Each knee strike hit her like a baseball bat to the gut! Suzumi groaned with each strike slumping lower and lower as Mako was pounding her into the ground!

Suzumi was now little more than a glorified punching bag!

Mako's knee strikes were certainly doing a number on the Tsunami. Each one causing the woman to slump down lower and lower until she was on the down on the ring. So now that Suzumi had been throughly pummeled, the shark would try to bring her back up to a standing position by pulling up on her shoulders.

And as soon as the Tsunami was in position, Mako would hook her arm under Suzumi's before attempting to throw her forward with a hip toss. If all went well her opponent would be crashing down onto her back, and the shark would be have a sizable advantage over the woman.

Suzumi was still gasping for breath as she was yanked up to her feet although she would not stay upright for long. She went flipping over Mako, crashing onto her back and letting out a weak groan upon impact! She writhed in pain on the mat, unable to recover from the throw as well as the painful knee strikes which hammered into her just seconds ago.

Since her fall from the cage things had not gone well at all for Suzumi. She was desperate to get back into it, but her body just wasn't able to respond. She was for a lack of better term dead in the water.

Things were looking good for Mako as she was literally tossing Suzumi around for the moment. And after the shark sent her opponent down with a thud, the Tsunami would writhe around a bit as she seemed to be unable to recover from these attacks. Which gave her a good amount of time to consider her next move.

Mako could have tried climbing out now, but she still felt like she hadn’t finished Suzumi off just yet. So walking over to the woman as she laid on her back, the shark would start rolling the Tsunami over before pulling her up once again. Once Suzumi was on her feet, Mako would put try to put her in a side headlock and raise her fist in the air to signal that a big move was coming to the cheering crowd.

Suzumi was again pulled up to her feet and felt her head squeezed by Mako. She knew if she didn't do something fast she would find herself in an even bigger hole than she was already in. Suzumi had reversed a situation like this once before this match, and she felt like she cold go it again.

She grabbed Mako around the waist and locker her hands together. She groaned as she tried to lift Mako up and back, delivering a German suplex or as close to it as she could given her current side headlock situation!

With Suzumi’s head locked against her side, Mako was ready to run with her opponent towards the ropes and execute a springboard bulldog. Sadly the fans wouldn’t to see the move as the tsunami quickly wrapped her arms around the shark's waist. Realizing too late what was about to happen, Mako would be lifted up by Suzumi and slammed down in a makeshift German Suplex while the headlock was still in place.

The hold broke soon after her back collided with the ring, though, leaving the shark to fall from her upper back and onto her belly. The momentum she had built up ended with the suplex, but Mako was in decent shape considering all of the hits she had taken. It’d take her a moment, but the shark would start to pull herself up a bit groggily. Not exactly in the best state to defend herself from an attack as she got on one knee.

Suzumi landed the suplex but laid on the ground a moment. She was still in very rough shape. her whole body ached especially her torso. Mako had shown that she could quickly mount offense with devastating results. In light of that Suzumi had found herself at a perpetual disadvantage. Also she noticed that the water outside the ring was now starting to pool inside. Had the water level been rising slowly the whole time? No matter, Suzumi had more pressing issues at hand.

She was slow to get up and saw Mako up to one knee. Suzumi had to try to keep on the offensive no matter how much she hurt. She hobbled her way up and ran at Mako. Suzumi swung her leg around trying to kick Mako in the side of the head!
