Training exercise for liah.

Liah arrived at the gym in her workout attire. She set her bag down then got on the excercise bike as she began peddling on the bike starting a short workout she wanted something more challenging then just a spar or exercising about the gym. "Another day alone working out." She said with a sigh.

Morrigan was stalking around the AFW facility. After her last prey wriggled free from her hook, she decided that she needed to find a new victim. She needed to take out her frustrations on SOMEONE. As she arrived int he gym, she looked around and saw a girl riding a bike alone.

Morrigan shrugged and then grinned. Without any sort of warning, she rushed at the girl and tied to blindside her off the bike with a clothesline.

Liah hadn't even heard anyone enter or she had be riding and not paying attention to anything else. Before she knew what happened she was hit with a clothesline that sent her sprawling onto the floor cryin out in pain rolling on the floor. "Owwwww!" She turned to her back to see who hit her. "Who the hell are you?" She asked as she was shocked at the attack.

Morrigan laughed when she smashed her arm into Liah and forced her to the ground. Before the girl could barely get out a word, Morrigan reached for Liah's hair to try and drag her to the ring. "I'm your new sparring partner for today!" She chirped. "Hope you're ready for fun!"

Liah hadn't expected anything close to contact she was usually alone. She screamed when her hair was grabbed then dragged to the ring. Struggling already her hands moved up to the others in an attempt to loosen the grip on her hair. "Let go of me!!!!" She screamed.

When Morrigan felt Liah finally start to resist, the red head stopped and turned and looked at Liah. "Oh?" She smirked and threw a knee up, looking to bury it into Lia's ample chest and keep her from resisting further.

Liah was struggling with this bigger girl. She resisted right up until her chest was met with the knee burying into it. Her hands went to clutching her chest in pain. "Owww...please i haven't done anything wrong is this cause i won my debut match?" She said wondering what she did to get attacked.

Morrigan watched as Liah crumbled to the ground. She then swung a boot at Liah's face, looking to kick her square int he head. She heard the girl's words and Morrigan laughed. "I honestly have no idea who you even ARE!" Morrigan chimed in.

"Oh, but sure, let's hear about your first match. You can tell me all about how great you are when we're sparring int he ring." Morrigan said as she reached down for Liah's red locks once more, looking to yank her up and roll her into the ring.

Liah was too busy clutching her chest instead of watching this woman who was just on a war path of destruction. She was nailed with that kick to her head being stunned and landing against the outside of the ropes her hands went to her head in agony. "Awww oh my god that hurt!" She yelled as she was yanked up then rolled into the ring where she came to a hault on her back her arms hit the mat laying there stunned and ignoring her about her match.

"Well, shit. It's not supposed to feel GOOD!" Morrigan laughed as she slid easily into the ring. "Though I do know a few woman who might think so." Morrigan approached Liah and looked down at her. She then lifted up her boot and smashed it into the girl's big, plump chest, looking to grind her heel into one of the orbs. "Isn't this such a fun spar? Aren't you just learning so much from me? Ahahaha!"
