Weird idea: amateur wrestling match?

So, with the Olympics going on, and the wrestling events starting tomorrow, I had a weird idea: what if the board were to have, either as a special event or just a one-off match, an amateur wrestling bout? I'm thinking a complete bout with singlets, a wide mat, and the standard amateur rules (ie no punches/kicks, multiple falls, and plenty of grappling). 

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I heard the Olympics was going to get rid of the wrestling events anyway, because they are the single least watched events of the whole games.

I did ameatuer wrestling in high school so yeah I have some knowledge

And they already tried and failed miserably due to the uproar it caused so they better not try again.

They'd be better off removing every sport BUT wrestling.

And yeah, I have some wrestling experience but only through jiu-jitsu. I don't have any actual wrestling, so I'd only make a fool of myself trying to write a match, and I hate feeling foolish >.<

I think pro wrestling works for RP's because it isn't technical, and you can pretty much make anything work no matter how goofy. Once you get into actual sports or actual fighting things get too silly for me.

I was an amateur wrestler, but god, that was a while ago, and to be honest I wasn't very good. >_>;

I kind of like the idea, though, and I do have a character with amateur wrestling experience that I'm looking to use more of. I'd be interested in giving it a shot, underdog.
