Joe Arlin vs. Shido "The fanboy"

Joe rolled away after escaping the pinfall attempt and start slowly getting up on his feet. He saw that Shido didn't give him time to rest as before, but went straight after him. Joe felt arms around his body and Shido's help made standing up way easier. However, Joe knew that he didn't do it just because he's friendly. Joe knew that Shido was planing something, but he was unable to escape.

Knowing that Shido will probably follow with any attack, Joe start swinging with arm toward his opponent. He managed to land an elbow hit in Shido's face once, but it wasn't enough. Shido managed to lift up Joe and turn him around to prepare them for piledriver. Joe screamed and began trashing with arms and legs, but this didn't help too much. Shido slamed Joe's head down on canvas with piledriver and Joe once again end up laying on his back.

Shido had been successful in nailing Joe with another big move. It was surreal to him to be able to use a strong slam like a piledriver against any opponent. In almost all his matches, he had been the smaller guy and so he wouldn't normally have these opportunities. But there was no time to relish in these thoughts. Joe had kicked out at two previously and there was no guarantee that the same thing wouldn't happen again if Shido attempted another cover.

He noticed that while Joe was down, he wasn't all that far away from the turnbuckle. Shido thought to go for a risky and decided to attempt with with little hesitation. He'd use his nimbleness to dash to the corner and launch himself to the top rope! After a quick look back, he'd attempt a split leg corkscrew moonsault!

If this connected, Shido was sure he'd get a 3 count off, Joe! It was now just down to his ability to see this move through and connect!

Joe vision blured a little after receiving a piledriver and simmilar to situation with stunner, he didn't really know what's going on for next few seconds. Joe is pretty new in afw league and so is Shido. This where inexperience might show up and Shido's hesitation was gave enough time to Joe to clear his mind and notice his opponent climbing on top of turnbuckles.

Joe remained down on his back, pretending to still be almost unconscious. And he was very excited after finding out that it worked perfectly, since Shido didn't change his mind after looking back. As he jumped down, Joe rolled away so he landed on canvas instead of young American. Joe wouldn't waste any time though. He would go on Shido's back and grab his legs, trying catch him in boston crab hold.

Shido groaned as he connected with nothing and crashed into the canvas! As flashy as his move was, it wouldn't amount to anything more than a crowd-pleaser since it didn't connect with anything.

Shido was stunned from missing his move for long enough that Joe could get a solid follow up, and he was go on to do so by positioning Shido into a simple, yet highly efficient boston crab! Shido would normally offer some silly banter to perhaps distract his opponent, but he was still too shaken from the missed move earlier, as well the damage Joe was adding. He'd be trapped for the moment, taking damage to his lower back as Joe worked the hold!

Huge grin appeared on Joe's face after he heard Shido crashing down on canvas. And he kept the grin when he was fast enough to get on Shido's back and apply boston crab hold. "Do you give up?!" Joe asked him and applied some more preasure on his legs and lower back. Joe felt pretty comfortable at the moment, since Shido's position was bit awkward to perform any serious counter attack. knowing this, he kept on chilling on his back and streching body of smaller wrestler.

The boston crab sure hurt but Shido wasn't going to let it go completely unanswered, at least not anymore.

"I think you'll find that those words....are not in my vocabulary!"

He had given himself a decent advantage in the match and had intended to keep pressing it. Shido would reach backwards as Joe bent back and try to grab his ankle, the same one he worked on earlier. If successful, he'd pull the ankle to try to rob Joe of his balance and use the opportunity to put yet another ankle lock on Joe, as well as break the boston crab hold he had found himself in!

Joe was keeping the preasure on Shido with boston crab, but he soon felt hand reaching for his ankle. Boston crab was pretty effective hold, but Joe was worried about his ankle. He didn't want to leave anything to a chance, so he decided to let him go. Joe released Shido's legs and quickly moved away from him in order to prevent Shido to get his ankle again.

Keeping the boston crab simply wasn't worth taking the risk and Joe waited for his opponent to stand up so they can start with brawl again.

Shido rose to his feet, not as quickly as Joe but fast enough so that he could take action. He held his lower back for a few seconds but soon put his hands in front of him to signify he was ready to go. He'd circle the ring with Joe, trying to get close enough to make a move. If he was able to close the distance, Shido would attempt an enziguri kick, hoping the floor Mr. Arlin with a quick strike!

When Shido raised hands, Joe did the same and start slowly moving around the ring. Joe started approaching his opponent as well to keep on fighting. He throwed a punch toward him, but Shido was faster and Joe received a hard kick in his head. He tried to block the kick, but he was too slow with that because of his punch attempt.

Joe fall down on mat with his limbs spreaded. He blacked out for few seconds and when he came back together, shook his head to see where is Shido and what is he doing.

Shido had attempted to follow up the kick immediately with a pin! Joe seemed to be out of it and the moment seemed right. Despite the quick pin attempt, Joe would regain consciousness around the time the ref began to count!

"ONE!" the ref would yell out as his hand hit the mat!
