Her talk of sacrifice made Clyde's brow twitch. It angered him but he wondered if Melissa was right. He thought his willingness to sacrifice his body would be enough, would friends and relationships have to take a backseat too?

"The Tea sucks." He said bluntly. But it wasn't bad at all.

"And I dunno what sad over-competitive world you grew up in, lady. But I'm pretty sure there are ways to become a champion without selling out your friends." Clyde remarked bitterly.

"You might THINK you're endin' up on top by doin' this but I don't see this as a loss. I'm pretty dang proud I gotta enough sense to do the right thing and title or no title, I can't regret that." He folded his arms and exhaled deeply while glaring at her. It still wasn't an easy choice to make.

"Deary.." She said with a sigh almost like you might give to a child when they do something silly or cute "You speak as if you are not a wrestler in AFW, a company that's very nature is direct competition."

"But I am glad that you believe you can not have any regrets from this... I expect that you will also have no further complaints about your treatment when it comes to title opportunities. Afterall, I have offered you *yet* another title shot, a title shot that you admit that you wanted... And you have chosen to refuse" She leaned forwards to the table, placing her bowl down and then taking the pot of tea delicately in her hand to start pouring herself some more.

"Now.. I'm sure you have other things to do with the rest of your day other than drink tea you don't like and talk about all the title shots you won't be getting Mr. Gastin... You found your way in so I'm sure you can find your way out."
