Who's Afraid of the Wicked Witch?

Patrice Juillet was determined that this was going to be a fun night. How could it not have been? This was going to be a night of her own creation, and she had set all the elements up just right.

As an actress, Trice held a respectable amount of cosplay outfits in her AFW closet. Such a high amount in fact, that she had barely had the chance to show off just a couple of them during matches! Of course, that needed to be fixed, and progress towards that was going to be achieved tonight.

Tonight the Friction audience were going to get to witness the debut of the Wicked Witch! After suggesting the idea to the management, they had bought it immediately, and in no time was the French Actress set up a slot at tonight's show to issue out her open challenge!

But what would a witch be without some little tricks? Luckily, the management had also decided, on Trice's initiative, to equip the ropes with electricity tonight, switched on only as the bell would ring. But that was a detail her potential opponent did definitely not need to know...not at least before they could feel it!

Now the only question was, who would be coming to face her tonight?

Patrice Juillet as The Wicked Witch:

"Good evening everyone, Bonsoir, it is very nice to see you all here..." the Witch began suddenly talking in the middle of the ring, spotlight aimed at her while otherwise there was still complete darkness in the arena. "I'm the Wicked Witch, yes, the wickedest of them all, and that's why darkness is surrounding each and every one of you tonight!" While Trice tried to maintain a rather serious tone, she knew even herself that the impression she was giving to everyone wasn't exactly all that threatening. Especially as her tone was a tad more on the delighted, excited, and even amused side, rather than an actually serious and ominous one.

"You should beware my spells and my potions, so I suggest everyone to obey any orders and requests of mine!" Trying to get a bit more into the character before actually issuing out her challenge. "However, if there is someone hiding from their fate backstage who foolishly believes that they could bring up any resistance, come and reveal yourself, so that I can doom you into defeat tonight!"

After those words the lights went out again, leaving the Wicked Witch alone in the ring waiting to see who would be taking up her challenge tonight.

Katsumi hadn't taken part in a lot of matches as off late here in Friction because of various personal reasons but right now she was here in the arena as she had been requested to be so. It seemed as if some higher ups had planned out a way to get her back into the limelight as it were.

Considering what was happening in the ring right now, she was rather interested as it seemed like a perfect chance for the Light to make their re-emergence! After Patrice had finished speaking the spotlights would be turned towards the top of the ramp as the Light herself appeared! Katsumi Aomine! Standing at the top of the ramp she'd make her way down towards the ring with microphone in hand, dressed in her regular attire.

She'd slip into the ring under the bottom ropes. Getting up to her feet as she would roll her shoulders. "Unfortunately little witch, the Light doesn't hide and the Light will always oppose those with a wicked heart!" Katsumi let out in an almost cheerful tone, just happy to be back in the ring again!

Patrice hadn't really issued many open challenges before, but she was well aware of their nature. Not only were they always exciting and full or surprises, but also inherently risky as well. But for the purpose that the French Actress had in mind for tonight they were too good to turn down. Being the Wicked Witch issuing out a challenge to some unsuspecting poor wrestler - what could go wrong?

Of course, someone had to accept the challenge first. Trice wasn't doubting that though, and her assumption got very quickly confirmed, as the lights suddenly flared back on again and a girl in orange was marching down the ramp! Fearlessly, the contender made her way inside the ring to confront the wicked challenger, allowing the blonde to finally get a good look at her opponent while she was introducing herself.

"The Light", well, how convenient was that! This was almost too good to be true... Trice knew well enough how to immerse in playing her own part, but to have such a babyface-ish opponent declaring herself as the opposer of all that was wicked - frankly, Trice couldn't have hoped for anything more suitable than that! Also, her physique seemed to match very well the French blonde's own, there was barely any size difference between the two if there even was any...which, combined with her little tricks, seemed to suggest Patrice that she had a good opportunity to dominate the night!

"Well well, how cute is that?" the blonde witch began talking as she also started taking steps towards her opponent. "You really seem to have some flame inside your soul, something that you think is going to light up the night..." she continued, until she was right in front of Katsumi. "...but don't worry, it'll soon get extinguished!" Trice concluded, accompanied by a small jab at Katsumi's belly with a small wooden 'magic wand' that the blonde had just pulled up!

Katsumi would stand tall and proud as the Light was back in the ring once more, she narrowed her eyes a bit of Patrice began to walk up towards her like that. Listening on as she spoke, " You won't have to worry, the flame inside of me is more than enough to light up whatever night you've got in store." Katsumi spoke confidently...

She watched as Patrice got closer and closer before she suddenly jabbed that magic wand of hers right into the gut of the raven haired woman. "Guuh!" She gasped out, coughing and staggering back a step...hunching over a bit as she would wrap her arms around her midsection, quite unprepared for that sudden cheap shot.

Patrice could almost pay no attention to what Katsumi was saying, as it seemed that her blabbering was pretty much baseless and lacking any substance. Well, on the opinion of the Wicked Witch at least... After all, the blonde was the one knowing what kind of tricks there were in store for the night, of which the Light obviously had no clue of at all!

Just like the little poke with the magic wand! Trice giggled as she took a couple of steps back, clearly having caught Katsumi totally by surprise! Hiding the wand once again, it was time to see if the girl was still just as confident as she had been when entering the ring. "So, you're ready to rumble then? Shall we ring the bell?"

Patrice sudden attack as of that magic wand had caused Katsumi to fold over, arms on her midsection to cover it up as she would then hear Patrice ask if she was ready to rumble. Gritting her teeth, Katsumi would try and push up to a full stand again.

Throwing a glare over towards the blond as she would gnash her teeth for a second. " Yeah, I'm ready!...Ring the bell and I'll show you what's in store for you." Katsumi said, standing but wary of that wand of hers, ready to try and intercept her should she try and attack her with it again.
